I love this royal scoop location. 😍 the people are so nice and the prices are definitely great. We love trying different samples of the real ice-cream. They have so many flavors and is so delicious. We don't buy any other ice-cream brand because they are the best. This little spot by the movie theater is perfectly placed and we always have fantastic service when we go. Thank you for taking care of us for years and years. We love it here and the spirit of Halloween 🎃 they always decorate and we enjoy every single bit

Friendly service, came in at a time with no line, and received a sample of ice cream and browsed the flavors in the freezers.
Ended up ordering 1 scoop of Bohemian Rhapsberry ice cream in a cup and also half a scoop of Cotton Candy and half a scoop of Coffee ice cream in a cup. Sounds weird together but I hear it was quite delicious. 😆

Absolutely delicious ice cream!!! Ladies were awesome and very willing to share in house combos for delicious experiences. Very friendly staff to the point they feel like old friends. This is one of those places you find in the cut but will never forget it. For my fellow veterans they do offer a veteran discount. Although I didn't ask for the veteran discount I made sure to put that discount towards the tip. Overall the ladies were amazing, ice cream beyond delicious and the nostalgic decor made us feel warm with joy. Get over there and get some ice cream, enjoy!!!
I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Royal Scoop yesterday. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kalli, who provided outstanding service that truly made our day.
From the moment we walked in, Kalli greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, creating an instant sense of welcome. This being our first time at Royal Scoop, her recommendations for flavors were spot on and greatly enhanced our visit. Her knowledge and enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.
Not only was Kalli exceptional, but the entire staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. The shop itself exudes charm and comfort, making it a delightful place to indulge in some delicious treats.
I want to express my gratitude to Kalli and the Royal Scoop team for making our visit memorable. Their dedication to providing excellent service has certainly won us over, and we look forward to returning soon.

Stop number two on our Naples ice cream crawl. Had some great ice cream at this Naples institution. Lots of homemade flavors to choose from. Forky (cake batter) and bohemian rhapsody. Both were good. But i thought that bh was better. I thought the service was a little lacking. We went at an off time and it wasn’t that crowded and the service wasn’t the greatest. But didn’t effect the taste of the ice cream.
Really really good homemade ice cream. The flavors are all very traditional with a few original made in shop. Prices are a little high but this is Naples. To be expected. Located right next to a movie theater and a couple of niche restaurants. Relocation with a couple of tables outside to chill.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! My two kiddos were with me as we picked out ice cream. We got strawberry, the expression caramel mocha, chocolate brownie fudge, rainbow cherbet and mint chocolate chip. All of them were awesome! There is a nice outdoor patio seating available as well as spacious indoor seating. During COVID, the staff was masked up and had gloves on. Very awesome spot! Swing on by!
Royal Scoop ice cream place is adorable! In a little shopping center by a movie theater, lots of parking, you can enjoy your ice cream outside with outdoor sitting and the ice cream is delicious.

They have homemade ice cream. The small scoops are very large. Wonderful flavors. Cupid love potion was yummy.
What’s not to love about this ice cream. It taste great in every flavor. That everyone tried. The line can be lengthy in the prices are made for Naples.
One of the best in the area, can’t go wrong here. Portions are huge. There’s plenty of seating inside and out. Try the peanut butter sundae!

This is a great ice cream shop! This selection is wide and staff is friendly. Prices are a bit high, but standard for the area. I had the banana split!

We stopped at this location because it was in-line with our return trip to the beach. We were greeted as we walked in the door even though she was busy with something behind the counter. As good as the service was, the ice cream was better. We will definitely be coming back every time we are in the area..
