This is my second time going to The Counter and the burgers are fantastic! Would recommend building your own over the choices picked out but definitely get a couple sauces to go on the side for the fries. I got a 1/3 lb. burger with smoked gouda, chipotle aioli, mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes and applewood smoked bacon. Perfectly cooked and sized! Will be back the next time I'm down here with family.

Had a good Beyond šŸ”Burger ā„¢ & sweet potato fries! Wouldā€™ve been a ā˜… ā˜… ā˜… ā˜… ā˜… experience if there was more than one server during the lunchtime rush. Besides that, pretty good options on their menu and a friendly location

My husband just stopped in at the counter for lunch today. We had the hippie salad and the Vegan Veggie Burger. Both items were delicious. The salad was dressed with just the right amount of dressing.. Joy was our waiter and he was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend The Counter.

Delicious Burgers. Fast Service. Nice Atmosphere. Excellent service from Joy & his fellow male waiter. He is hilarious, knowledgeable, & hard working especially under the crowded busy circumstances.

I recently tried it and absolutely fell in love with their burgers! I love being able to create my own burger exactly how I want it and the pre-made options are very creative and taste exquisite. Besides the burgers; the fries are my favorite of any restaurant and their milkshakes are very well made from what I've had. The place is never very busy so the service is quite fast, the employees are always helpful and kind.

I've always enjoyed this place. The Burger was a little under cooked but they were quick to fix it.

The Counter is a twist on the current Burger Dinners. It has a Modern contemporary laid back feel and decor but reminiscent of the burger dinners of yesteryear. A real counter, booths and tables are available. Background music is contemporary pop and creative music not blowing you out the door. The Greeter at the door and Service is Excellent and Fun! The Food ... I defy you to stump them with your own custom Burger or try one of there creations also there is multiple other food offerings. Justin our waiter was excellent, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. My Burger was cooked exactly as I asked! You gotta to try the Tater Tots! Get a Custom Shake or Float or there is a good choice of draft bear and soda available. Price is in contrast of location in the Naples Mercado. So if you hankering for a Burger with a modern throwback feel... Donā€™t pass this cool place up!

This is the place to go if you want a burger in Naples. They prepare it quite well regardless of whether you want a traditional one or the Impossible Burger. They also a wide offer variety of toppings, sauces, and buns. It has a nice atmosphere inside and out, and the service is very good. Nice people.

Service was great, prices very reasonable... Shoe string fries so good, Burgers have flavor. Plus you can get a drink! Not just beer and wine. Will go there again. I got the burger on greens, love that I can skip the bread.

First time I visited this place. The burgers were delicious. Just take in consideration that you will struggle to bite anything over a quarter pounder. Their shoe string fries were so good. They had great customer service. The only thing I didnā€™t like was the lemonade (way too sour). The food was great, but a little overpriced.

Fantastic burger, price is high but quality of the meal was good. Fries we had were perfectly cooked. Beer and Alcohol selection left something to be desired. Not on par with other restaurants and bars in Mercato.

This is one of my favorite spots to go for happy hour and dinner. The parmesan fries and buffalo cauliflower bites are to die for-- and during happy hour they are $3 and $5, respectively. The staff is incredibly nice and have even learned our drink preferences because we come in so often. While we are vegetarian now and order the (AMAZING) impossible burger, we have ordered their turkey and beef burgers in the past. The fact that we get to personalize the burger and pick out everything from the bun to the sauce on the side is such a unique and fun experience to have. We definitely have our favorites but have never been disappointed when trying something new. My husband has already recently expanded his Counter palate to their after-dinner shakes...and it's the honestly the perfect size and sweet cap to our meal. This is and will continue to be one of our favorite spots in Naples.
