We were here for a soccer tournament with a ton of parents and kids and this place was great. They can handle a LOT of people at once and the staff are very nice and have a great attitude. They also donate day old food to people in need which is amazing, given all the food that goes to waste these days.
The food quality is very good. The bread bowls were fresh, soup was great. I got the Napa chicken sandwich and the cheddar broccoli tortilla soup, great combination! There is plenty of parking in the lot outside that is free. Lots of seating inside. Overall good place!
I haven’t been to Panera for a meal in a while. The food is still delicious and we both enjoyed our meals. FYI - the lady behind the prep counter was a bit crotchety when I mentioned that I requested a chocolate chip cookie and not an M&M cookie. lol
I travel a lot and Panera is my go to brand in most cities. Not all Panera restaurants are great but this one is. All three visits over the past year have been good
Great food , little hard to understand the way to order or have assistance for it. Will be back. Love the lemonade and coffe.

Staff is pretty friendly and the place is usually pretty tidy. But...
Either the construction of a sandwich is devoid of pride or any gratitude for being employed, as was the case tonight, or some part of the order is wrong or missing.
Tonight it looked like my sandwich had sneezed out a quarter of its contents into the wrapper. And what was still inside was not evenly distributed; just globs of each ingredient, held together by cheese.
I think there's a culture problem in the store. And not just this one. From my roadtripping travels, it's wide-spread. There's a lack of joy, pride, contribution to the community, gratitude for employment and the opportunity to support oneself or one's family, etc. SOMETHING is missing.
Anyway, the drive thru is convenient and the food is always pretty flavorful. I just wish Panera would go the last step(s) to be actually great and worthy of all five stars.

They accidentally forgot to out a couple of items in my bag for lunch.
(I understand, accidents happen. It was lunch rush hour).
I went back with my husband and we weren't even mad. Explained them the situation and they were super polite. Gave us a refund AND remake our meal for free.
It was really nice to have been taken care the way we did. Everyone was really polite and the manager was the absolute best.
Like I said accidents happen.

The pizza sandwich was kinda dry. Customer service was good from cashier. But for whatever reason they never called our order
I love their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt!! When I cheat on my gluten free diet there is nothing else I will have, it is that good! Never had problems with our order.
The one thing I will give more attention is cleanliness, the tables don’t get wiped fast enough and the bathroom always needs cleaning when I go. Other than that very nice place to have a quick lunch 🥪

3:35 on a Sunday and it's dead in here. Salad was a perfect meal for my exhausting weekend. Guys cleaning tables and not knowing how to push chairs in.
This is a really great place to go. It's clean and quiet there's plenty of table space the service is quick, the food is great and the prices are reasonable. I just can't say enough good things about Panera Bread about this particular location. Highly recommend.
