My recent experience with Napoli On the Bay Pizza & Deli left me not only savoring the flavors of Italy but also touched by the exceptional service. From the moment I placed my order for pizza and mozzarella sticks, the experience was nothing short of delightful.
The pizza was a slice of Napoli's culinary artistry, with a crust that transported me straight to the streets of Italy – perfectly thin and delightfully crispy. The toppings were fresh, and the mozzarella sticks were a crispy, cheesy dream, serving as the ideal appetizer to the pizza feast.
What truly stood out, though, was the prompt delivery straight to my door. The driver, in addition to being courteous and efficient, surprised me with a heartwarming gesture – a free dog toy for my furry friend. The thoughtfulness of Napoli On the Bay's team not only made my day but also showed a level of customer care that goes above and beyond the norm.
The gentleman who I believe is the owner, was extremely pleasant and friendly when i came to pick up my food. The pizza was spectacular and fresh, as always! IMO this is the best pizza in all of naples ☺️
OK I’m new in town. This is my third pizza place and this is going to be my favorite place.
Marline I believe that was her name very nice lady Answer the phone ordered two pizzas for the 2 o’clock to 6 o’clock special they were really juicy and hot. The pizza did not even fit in the box. It was so big she was so nice. I will be back there for dinner because I have lots of other things to purchase highly recommend to anybody looking for a good thin pizza
I was surprised at the reviews for this location. I dined in a couple months ago and then carried out today and both times had a great experience. Really good pizza and my order was correct and ready on time for pickup. I was also pleased with the very pleasant lady that helped me for both orders. It’s worth giving this place a try and making your own judgment.
Wifey and I love the pizza here. Nice early afternoon specials and medium thin crust so not too filling. We'll be back.
My family loved their pizza the first time around, but they messed up my order. Given, it's a tough order when you're dairy free and gluten free. However, they gave me a free pizza the next time around and clearly have good customer service. Definitely a little hole in the wall worth visiting!!
I stopped in today and grabbed 1 slice of cheese pizza. Its was Very Good. NY Thin Crust Style.. the Best. Reminded me of Papa Ginos. Next time I'm going to have one of the dinners. Veal or Chicken Parmigiana. Maybe a Meatball..

I'm updating my review on Napoli on the Bay III. I WISH I had taken a picture of the perfect pie that was delivered hot and crispy, cooked to perfection. I ordered online and the process- through slice was so easy. Everyone has their favorite pizza and originally coming from the Southshore of Massachusetts(Cape Cod) we have our own tasty biscuits crust; unique to that area.
Napoli has its own delicious sauce and cheese mixtures and you will rarely find a pie with a bubble! The pizza is delivered and never disappoints with its taste or temperature. This is our favorite go to, even exceeding Palumbo's and New York Pizza and Pasta. Give it a try you won't be disappointed! For those of you who rated them 1 star during the height of season and coming off of the most difficult employment situation this country may have ever experienced- it might be nice to give them another try. Florida is not like your home state. People are flocking here permanently and the pendulum for employees will eventually catch up.
Napoli on the Bay has an incredible blend of ingredients that makes their pizza particularly delicious. Delivery is quick, and the pizza is always hot.
Pizza was delicious. Your typical New York slice. The chicken parm grinder was also really good. The only part we didn’t like was the french fries. Other than that, it was really good!
Cesar salads with lots of chicken and salad dressing was delicious. Pizzas tasted excellent, lots of toppings. We had Hawaiian, Meat Lovers and Italian Classic. Great crust, great flavor. Delivery was on time as well. I highly recommend this place!!!
Reasonable prices, good Italian food. Thin crust pizza is really nice here. Now they also offer tiramisu and an almond dessert, which is great! Beers and sodas available. I come here quite a bit for their lunch special pizza slices and never had a problem.
Pizza was very good... My 4 yr old loved it also. We brought a large pie and she ate 3 slices herself. So you know it was good... I'm also from new York so I'm picky about my 🍕 ...
