Food: Yummy. I've been had all Chinese in town and this is best orange chicken I've found yet.
Service: Excellent.
Atmosphere: Clean etc just definitely not a restaurant restaurant. Some sit down but probably more scarf up your food and on to your next chore than a sit down, waiter, traditional restaurant experience.

Excellent Chinese- as a New York native it’s so hard to find good authentic Chinese- I am so happy we found this place and I know it’s quality because I don’t blow up like a tic after eating it- I actually feel good and don’t need to down a gallon of water to flush out the salt. That’s why I give it five stars!!
The food was very reasonably priced. It was prepared fresh and brought to the table. My General Tso’s Chicken was delicious. The medium portion was only $6.95. The cheese rangoons were 8 for $4.50. Definitely worth stopping in for some quick food!

I usually don't go out of my way to give a review on anything, good or bad, but this has to be the best Chinese food in the area. I've lived in many places and am new to Naples, but this was hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had. Everything I ordered exceeded expectations, even the fortune cookies were better than I've ever had before. Their website is easy to use and place an order. The site says to allow a 55 minute delivery time, but I got my food in 30 minutes at dinner time on a Saturday. I have found my Chinese spot in Naples and will definitely be ordering again soon.
Some of the best takeout Chinese in Naples. Everything tastes so authentic and made with love. food is amazing made with real and fresh. They have some great Boba options too. I have to drive 45 mins to pick it up but it’s worth it. Love this place!!!
Fast and hot! They always quote me 30 minutes for delivery and arrive within 15 minutes. The food is also so hot that I have to let it cool off a little before eating it. These are two reasons I continue to order from China Chen aside from the food being of better quality than other places. I actually eat these leftovers lol
Got the taro flavored Boboa tea. It was amazing. It was beautiful and unique, and most of all tasty. Good service. Very fast! Would go again, plus their food looked amazing.
I was visiting Naples for the Rookery Bay Estuary Day event and got back to my hotel room ravenously hungry. Based on other reviews, I chose China Chen restaurant for delivery. I was not only NOT disappointed, I was mesmerized. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the hunan beef, pan-fried dumplings, an eggroll and hot and sour soup. (Told you I was ravenous; I had not eaten all day.) In Tallahassee, we have the Ming Tree Cafe, which serves up the best, most authentic Chinese food in our area. I've never experienced better Chinese food ... until now. Chen's was exquisite. It was delivered fast, the food was piping hot, and it was absolutely amazing. Every single bite was over-the-top delightful. I'll be visiting Naples more in the future. Chen's will be my go-to dinner!
First time trying this place and my oh my did it exceed my expectations! I ordered for the food to be delivered and it was delivered very quickly even under the estimated time! The food was excellent very fresh! The owner that answered the phone was very helpful! I would definetly recommend this restaurant to anyone ! Just go and try it out great place!
Yum! They should advertise their bubble tea more because it's probably the best in town. The cups are so cute too!
One of the best Chinese places in Southwest Florida. Was so good I have been telling all of my friends about it around here. Trust me and just go and try it. You will thank me later. So fresh and good.
Consistently great and fresh food...some unique additions to the menu you won't find at other Asian restaurants...and the boba teas are EXCELLENT. If you are asking what a boba tea is than you definitely need to go get one..China Chen is your spot, trust me.
