Fantastic experience! I wish my kids could have also been there. Tried 10-12 flavors and settled on apple pie and rum raisin. The young staff encouraged it and I was happy to leave a tip! I have a hard time finding something to beat a quality vanilla bean but the 2 that I got were top notch! The rum raisin was a complete surprise but had to be my favorite…of all time. This is a must visit.
Tasty ice cream and probably 40 or so flavors to choose from. Multiple coffee flavors, which I haven't seen at other shops before ❤️
They are always willing to give out small spoon samples and have patience with kiddos.
There are several games to play if you want to hang out and enjoy your ice cream in the shop.
We haven't tried the Acai bowls, but each time we have visited, there are others ordering them and commenting about how tasty they are.
No restroom which has posed an issue each time we have gone. However, it is a small business operation, and it is understandable. Just plan ahead :)
All their flavors are delicious. The peanut butter oreo is my favorite and the apple pie is to die for. Also the acai bowl is amazing. First time ever trying one and I loved it.
This is a great place for a quick ice cream stop. They had a lot of flavors to choose from which made deciding on what ice cream 🍦 really difficult. The staff was very friendly and the line moved really quickly. Definitely a repeat. I had the banana cream pie - totally delish. The peanut butter fluffernutter was great too!

Scoops ice cream and açaí bowls is a great place to go for quick ice cream time with family. They have lots of options to choose from and enjoy. They even provide tastings opportunities for you to choose your ice cream. With so many options to choose you can try as many you want… they have seats inside as well as outside..each table has some play activities to indulge in while enjoying your ice cream…especially kids love this place as they have some things to play and have their favorite ice cream… when you are done you can even play corn hole game with your family…overall it’s a great place to go and enjoy ice cream with your family…. Loads of flavours to choose from, although I was expecting a few more vegan options after checking the menu on the website.
The acaí bowls are a delicious and nutritious dairy-free alternative.
Strawberry milk shake was a glass of milk. No strawberries and pure liquid. Owner has followed up and has done the right thing. Yay for small businesses and being client focused! Thank you!
Amazing selection of flavors and delicious high quality ice cream! I had a hard time choosing because everything looked delicious. Also owner is very nice, which makes the experience even better. This is my new favorite ice cream spot!
I have been looking so many different places both here and in Michigan trying to find someone that makes a banana split. Royal Scoops makes a banana split! It's really good except the ice cream portions are a little stingy. It's kind of a reduced banana split.
Expensive but worth it, very long wait and feel that the owners need to step up and help out No matter what the day is. Milk Shakes don't have much flavor at all so get ice cream scoops. Also young boy comes in (long hair) makes a scoop and gives it to someone outside (?)
My kids absolutely loved this place!! A hidden little gem in Naples. A claw machine, big Jenga and big connect 4 games.. all kinds of things to keep the littles busy, plus VERY delicious ice cream!! Yummm glad we found this family-friendly place!

Lots of varieties, quick service, friendly and helpful staff. Little games for kids are attractive and different from other places to keep kids engaged and for some fun time, too, along with having yummy ice cream.
Staff was very nice and patient with us as we decided on flavors. The location is very fun with plenty of games to keep littles busy.
Excellent local shop for various desserts. My wife and I go once a week for the açai bowls. They are consistently delicious. The servers know us by now so the interaction is always great. I've had ice cream several times and it is always creamy and tastes as the flavor advertised and not artificial.
Glad to support a local business.
The woman working the counter was so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of flavors that all sound amazing and the icecream is delicious!!! Definitely worth a try!
I am visiting from New York and this is the best ice cream place I’ve ever been to. The service is beyond perfect, I could ask about any flavor and the person behind the coolers could tell me anything I needed to know. They have dairy free and sugar free options which makes it even better, by being a dairy free person myself it was awesome they were able to find a way to get me something that would be perfect for me. It is also a very clean place to be and very family friendly.

Based on local praise and wonderful online reviews I made a pilgrimage to one of their locations adjacent to Collier Blvd. Now, I don’t live in the area, or even FL for that matter, but I do take my ice cream seriously.
The shop itself is enjoyable to walk into, it’s like the perfect neighborhood ice cream shop by aesthetics. There were many flavors to choose from, albeit was too busy for me to sample anything so I went with the banana cream pie shake, which was probably a poor choice for a shake.
I didn’t care for it much, it was a bit too sweet for my tastes and the cake got jammed in the straw and was annoying to clear, but I can tell they did use premium products. The ice cream was very rich, creamy and tasted “expensive”. I’m sure that other flavors may have been better suited for shakes.
I would however return due to the obvious quality of the product. I will reassess my score once I’ve tried another flavor, as this review may be premature but nevertheless I can only go by my experience not what could have been. My family does live in the area so I’ll be back for another round.
It is the best ice cream I have ever had! Especially the cookie dough and the cookie butter!!!
Good ice cream and value! Great service from the staff. Usually young folks are, well, you know, but these kiddos were awesome!
