This place is great! We went here to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it did not disappoint. We called ahead and got a reservation just 30 minutes ahead. We also asked if it was possible to sit outside. We ended up getting a great seat outside with a view of the Towers and the Bay. The food was as awesome as the view. We started with the raw bar platter and then the filet and the BEST spicy fried chicken sandwich. We had some good cocktails to accompany out meals. Service was also very good. We cannot say enough great things about this spot and will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful. Day trip to Narragansett. Lunch on the patio. Fantastic service to start off. The cheese platter was spectacular. Steak frit was perfect. Perfect list of wines and drinks. A beautiful restaurant as well. Cheers.

A tad bit pricey but after you've tried it you'll find it well worth every penny. Some of the best food we have ever had and great service and staff to boot. Money and time well spent.

The bartender was great, didn’t catch his name, recommended a different beer than I original wanted and he was spot on! The server, Taylor, was very attentive. The food and app; very good!

Great food and cocktails. Prices are reasonable, food is well presented and tasty. Can't beat sitting on the sun deck!! Great staff...very friendly. My go to place in Narragansett!!

Went on a Monday night, was pretty busy - we had a reservation for the deck - it was the perfect temp. Started with drinks and the cheese board. I had the fish & chips, another person had the bolognese, a burger and a fish dinner rounded out the meal. We were able to chat - with soft music in the background. Service was excellent- slightly slow to get started but then was fine. Definitely would eat here again.

It was our first time here. We stopped in for lunch. Our waitress Marissa was awesome. Very attentive and friendly. We started with the French onion soup, it had to be one of the best I’ve had. Not too salty. The onions, bread and cheese melted together into a satisfying spoon full. Just what I needed on a rainy day. The shaved steak sandwich with au jus was packed with the most tender thin slices of steak. Dipped in the au jus, melts in your mouth. The burger with bacon and bacon jam was tasty too. Just the right size and their fries were good too! I highly recommend this place! In fact, it’s a rainy day here in Rhode Island we are going back there for dinner!!! We came back for dinner but still full from lunch. We stuck with appetizers. They did not disappoint. Their crab cakes were moist and flavorful. We ate two orders! Our waiter Cole was spectacular!! Ask for his section. Their dessert are house made. We tried the cheesecake cake special. OUR OF THIS WORLD!!! Hats off to their pastry chef!!!

Top notch service from our waiter. Very engaging and attentive. The clam chowder was good. The fig and prosciutto pizza was good, big flavor profile - could use a little less fig jam or more goat cheese as some pieces were a little too sweet. The chicken pesto pizza had big bold savory flavor and was a great compliment to the other pizza.

We took the family here for a long 4th of July weekend. Very large establishment. Should make reservations in summer months. Our food was “ok”, no one in our party was impressed…that was a wee bit disappointing. When we return next time, I most likely will still give this restaurant another try.

Our server Aidan was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond tonight. If the review was based on him alone, the review would be a 5+. He was extremely attentive and let us know ahead of time that there might be a delay in the orders. We didn't get any bread with our waters. He fired our order at the same time because of the backup in the kitchen. He came over to our table 3 times and every time he apologized for the delay. The last time he told us it was an hour and 1 minute and asked if the manager, Jordan had come over to our table yet. He had not. Minutes later Jordan surfaced with our food. We were only caring about our 9 year old getting something to eat, not us. We were going to use our rewards for part of tonight's meal, but opted not to use them. My wife is a reward member with the Newport Restaurant Group which owns Trio Kitchen + Bar. We gladly offered to pay for what we had already eaten(apps, and beverages). Thank you for comping the 3 entrees which were great. The entrees we the Elizabeth scallops, Margherita Pizza and Linguine with clams. In the end it seemed like all of the tables on the patio (which is where we sat) was and their meals were put on the back burner, while (again it seemed like) the food was coming out in record time in the main dining room. Thank God for the Wick Stixx that not only kept our daughter busy, but us too. Also it was my first time at Trio and for Father's Day too. I was assured the food and ambience were second to none. Also they should've put patio heaters on early as it's quite chilly on the patio.

Our waiter was the most amazing person I met. Not only was he knowledgeable as a head waitress myself. He was very personable especially with his Elf ears. I would come back to trio again and again. The food was phenomenal.

Great lunch. French onion soup was best we've had for a while. Not too salty, just the right amount of bread and cheese. Burger cooked perfectly, steak sandwich was delicious. Our server was friendly, efficient. The manager was very informative about the future of Trio.

Visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday night in July and was more than surprised. We unfortunately showed up late at 8:30 when the restaurant closed at 9:00 but the hosts where amazing and showed no hesitation in getting us a table. The restaurant was packed so we were happy and surprised to get a table outside that we requested. Our server Kenzie was phenomenal and really made the night entertaining and enjoyable. The food is the true reason why you have to visit trío, weather your visiting southern RI or a nearby local, theres a dish for every pallet. From the starters to entrees and then desserts and cocktails there was nothing to complain about, everything was unbeatable. If you want calamari go to trío if you want the best summer cocktails at an outdoor bar go to trio, if you want the best fish and chips in the state go to trio! One thing I will promise is that you will not regret the food, ambience, service of this restaurant and the only thing you will regret is missing the chance to visit while in Narragansett. A true hidden gem across from the beach I have to give it a 10/10. I will be recommending and will be back again soon!

The staff at TRIO was awesome! I can't say enough great things about them. The customer service was top notch! I'm not a big fan of seafood, but wanted to try it from a place on the east coast. They were more than supportive! I highly recommend this restaurant. 👌

We had a gift card to dine at several restaurants. We chose Trio , because friends prior had ordered take out and the food was exceptional. My daughter went to Trio ordered the food and picked it up . She ordered the faro salad and the goat cheese & fig wood fired pizza . The service she received was beyond excellent the food was wonderful . Truly scrumptious. I imagine the dine in service will be a great experience , we can’t wait to go and try that . Please visit this establishment you will be happy you did
