Starbucks - Nashua - Photo album

The customer service was poor. Waited to be served the drink I ordered nothing happened, i cleaned the table which I wanted to sit because it was dirty. I had to leave after seeing that they ignored me. Not like they were busy no, just ignored me. I think for any business customer service is very
The service at the Nashua drive-thru was horrible. A woman in an SUV needed the employee to help her decide on her order for 12 minutes. Back and forth. The staff should have asked her to come inside for service after the first whole 4 minutes (still too long). When it was my turn, I mentioned that
Customer service doesn’t exist! Ordered my coffee in person, waited over 5 minutes and my order still wasn’t started. I realize they are busy. However, they prioritize every single to go order before in person. Fox your system and assign a barista for to go AND in person. Girl next to me who ordered
I understand that mistakes can happen, orders can get lost etc. after waiting 25 minutes I asked where my order was and I was told that orders are behind. This was from the shift supervisor. It actually turned out that they had lost the order. I get it, mistakes happen but there wasn’t an apology….
Best customer service around! Staff is super friendly. They always seem to be busy, but the mobile ordering is amazing and is super quick in and out. I would recommend that for efficiency. Otherwise, if you prefer to stay in your car, they have been very accommodating if the line doesn’t move as fas
I'm not one for coffee, so I just got a water there. It's way too overpriced! The only thing I do like is the Chi Tea Latte, that is to die for. Even if you're not a tea drinker, you need to try this. It doesn't even taste like tea but it is! Please reconsider the prices, you may get more customer
If you pre-order your drink expect to wait 30 minutes, under staffed and always give an attitude if you ask when your coffee will be ready. Use to go everyday, Ryder who is a barista is absolutely fabulous though!
Good coffee, food, and employees, but customers need to learn basic human respect towards retail workers- so disheartening seeing grown people yell at kids as young as 16. Doesn’t make for a good start to my morning either.
