Celebrated a rehearsal dinner here and experienced nothing but incredible service, spectacular food (even accommodating our vegan needs), and overwhelming professionalism. I am beyond impressed with our experience here and highly recommend it!
Loved it! Great food and atmosphere. We had the pizza and veal parm with house red wine. Best Italian food I’ve eaten. Sinatra music created a nice ambiance
I love this place. Thank you for a great gluten free menu. It’s a blessing for those of us, who due to celiac and allergies to wheat and gluten products cannot eat at most restaurants.
We were visiting Nashville for a college visit to Belmont University, and decided to try Amerigo because it was within walking distance from our hotel. The menu items sounded promising. We ordered a delicious artichoke dip appetizer that was the best we'd ever tasted! Our waiter was very busy, and seemed to forget about us. When I flagged him to see if he could take our order, he realized it. He then proceeded to do everything in his power to make up for it. We were not in a hurry, so it was never a problem. But to have a waiter who is so dedicated to serving was refreshing in this day in age, where so many are too self-absorbed to care. And when our food arrived, it was AMAZING To our wonderful waiter, the cooks, and the entire restaurant Amerigo... BRAVO!
My son and I had lunch at Amerigo’s for our first time to celebrate I had just found out I don’t have cancer. A real treat and we will be back with the rest of my family. Everything was great! From our server Amy to our meal. Awesome experience!
Outstanding service. Charming atmosphere. Felt authentic and aromas made me want to try everything on the menu. I selected a veal dish and it was an excellent choice. Reasonably priced.
24 years ago I had lunch or dinner just about every week day while pregnant with my only child. I craved the delicious shrimp and spinach, lasagna, olive oil and herb dip. Today I treated my 24-year-old daughter to a birthday lunch after we shared the Nashville experience with one of her friends while they visited from Knoxville. The memories were the treat of the day! The food was a measured celebration-enhancement.
Took my team to Nashville this weekend. We travel each year around the southeast and I use a lot of caterers. This was by far the best meal my team has had in years. Prompt service. Plenty of servings for 50 college age males. Meat was excellent. Highly recommend!
My sisters and I enjoyed a very delicious meal at this great establishment! If we ever go back to Nashville, we will definitely be going back here! Thank You for the great memories�
It's been a very long time since visiting amerigo's. A friend invited me to the farm to table wine pairing dinner. ..the food was esquisit...but more so the chef with his detailed description would make your jaw drop and mouth water (probably not a good visual lol)..

One of the best steaks I’ve have ever eaten. That flavor and that garlic butter sauce. Wife’s lasagna was also out of this world. The meatballs for the appetizer were outstanding. The service and servers are also amazing. Mia was our server and she was on point. Very friendly and attentive. First time here but you can be assured this will be on the list every time we come back to Nashville. Bravo Amerigo.
Overall we had a good experience at Amerigo Nashville. Food was amazing, quickly came out and were lucky for having an amazing waiter to support us. Another highlight is the fact that they have free parking. We figured that this is not that common in Nashville. So, lots of positives and I do recommend this place if you want a good pasta without having to expend a lot of money for this.
The food is amazing! Whoever the Italian mama is she has amazing recipes!

Nice romantic atmosphere, dimly lit and excellent servers thar know the menu! A definite return visit for us. I will give Amerigos 4.8☆'s. I never give a 5☆ rating. No place is perfect.
Stopped in for dinner on a quiet night. Staff was friendly and service was great.
Food was mixed. Bread was dense and herby, oil mix was okay but herbs seemed... soggy? The breading in the calamari and the hot chicken was the same, like it hung out after being fried too long. The marinara was excellent, really the star of the show; the pesto was weird with the calamari but felt good with the bread, the bolognese was just okay. The meatball side (which was in marinara) was also excellent. The hot chicken fettuccine alfredo had great flavor and well proportioned.
Wonderful meal. Service was good; they were busy, so some slowness did occur. They made sure we had everything we needed for our 7 month old. Food was amazing. I do have hearing loss, so the noise level was difficult to manage, but would be fine for most people.
Decided to try try this eatery outside of downtown and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this restaurant was. We were greeted quickly and seated immediately. The service staff was super pleasant even on a busy night answering all our question. We arrived in time for the early pricing which is was incredible considering it’s the same size serving as the regular items. We both had Caesar salad and lasagne which both exceeded our expectations. If you like Italian food, fair prices and awesome service be sure to check out America.
Great meal! They were great about making my meal vegan. I ordered the chicken acuto, replacing the chicken with a portabello mushroom. It was delicious! Waitress Jenna was stellar. We ordered the mango sorbet for dessert ... HUGE portion, and delicious!
So we enjoyed the food so much, we went back 2 days later. The first time we had the Fettuccine Al Forno and Lasagne, with a caesar salad on the side. The 2nd time we decided to forego the side salad, had starters (crab cakes, and meatballs) whoa the size of the starters!!! We could barely manage to start the mains (both had lasagne) and ended up with a box to go.
Staff were friendly and it wasn't too expensive, just watch out for the portion sizes!
Best Italian I’ve ever had! We had the chicken marsala and lasagna. Food was hot and very fresh with large portions. Service was excellent! Definitely recommend.
