I ate at the new 404 Kitchen Saturday. Literally some of the best food I have ever ate!!! I recommend the Rib Eye, the Fried Chicken, the Ceasar Salad (the best I ever had!) and the Barrata. The 404 Kitchen also had the best Bourbon selection I have seen!! Service and staff were great as well!!!! Look forward to going back!!

Had our second meal at this spot over the weekend. First experience was top notch and this visit didn't let us down. So much flavor in everything and I love the intimacy of the space. Can't recommend enough.

Exceptional food accompanied with exceptional service!!! Get the rabbit entree....the ABSOLUTE most savory dish you will ever taste. The staff were very knowledgeable on the food and drinks. I picked this place out for my birthday, vacation dinner and it was an absolute score. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved it! When I shared a food allergy, the server and chef worked to create a special dish based on a protein of my choice. Excellent food and service!

Incredible, delectable, and impeccable are three adjectives I would use to describe this outstanding restaurant. Snugged up next to the Thompson Hotel, this treasure will provide you true southern hospitality with a twist of gourmet level plates. Come hungry with a hankering for excellent, top-shelf quality service mixed with a cool, no muss, no fuss environment. A contemporary flare for the minimalist quality in decor provides a feel of secluded luxury and exquisite overall experience. A must-visit for anyone who truly appreciates the epitome of fine dining with a minimalist, somewhat laid back feel.

Every single bite of what I had was delicious. I had the chicken and my husband had the pork Bolognese. Both were great, but the bolognese was heaven so I would order that next time. And that corn bread! Oh my. I could have eaten a cake pan size of that. DELISH. Our waiter was excellent as well. I think his name was Gayland. I love small, quant restaurants with unique food choices, and this place hit the mark.

I went to dinner with a friend who has allergies to dairy, gluten and soy. They were very accommodating and the food was amazing. We shared a customized salmon tar-tar. It was so delicious I ran my finger around the bowl to scrape up any last bit of sauce. Then I had the bear trip-tip with a pesto polenta. Yumm. I will definitely go back!

House cocktail, asparagus banana scallop toast, kale salad, grilled pork chop with blue cheese, & blonde brownie with coffee ice cream were delicious. Each menu item is unique and eclectic, just like the industrial decor of the restaurant. I will go back soon & sample items on their upcoming Dr. Seuss menu!

The most amazing pork t-bone I’ve ever had. Our table shared many items on the menu, it was all outstanding! It was also nice meeting Chef Matt Bolus.

Excellent all around. Service was en pointe, apps and entrees were stellar (NY Strip and Rabbit), wine list well curated. It was our anniversary and they took great care of us.

Amazing food. Smoked fried chicken was crispy and juicy, the best I’ve had. AND gluten free! My husband who eats gluten confirmed it was delicious, too! Lots of GF options, and their cocktails were delicious, too. Great service.

We ate here on a weeknight with a few clients after a conference event, and we had one of the best meals of our trip to Nashville! Our server made excellent recommendations for cocktails and food for our party, and the sommelier paired the wines perfectly to our varied preferences. Do not leave without ordering the cornbread or the twice-baked potatoes or you will have regrets! And for dip lovers, try the pimento cheese with BBQ crackers - so tasty and converted me to a pimento cheese fan. We enjoyed the three course option but the large format/family-style courses would be great for a more intimate party. The perfect location for a celebration or gathering of friends!

Ordered the grilled oysters and pork belly which were both delicious. The snapper was also excellent. The collard greens were decent and the corn bread was not good. Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance and I really enjoyed my drink. Very attentive service once I was seated.

Had a very delicious dinner here while stopping through Nashville on a tour of the Midwest. Thankfully we stopped in on a Sunday evening and they had availability as I would imagine this place gets pretty busy at prime time. The decor at 404 Kitchen was very cute and chic. I especially loved the water glasses, but every drink glass they had was perfect in its own way. We started off with the catfish which was light, flaky, and crispy — everything you’d want from catfish. The mustard based sauce complemented the catfish well. The Burrata salad was very unique and memorable with fennel, beets, and walnuts. The huge ball of cheese on top was so fresh and seasoned jusssst right. The pork chop was also delicious and not over cooked. A lot of people mess up pork chop and it gets tough and chewy — NOT HERE. To top off our wonderful meal, we went with a s’mores. To be honest we were so full from our meal that we barely made a dent in the s’mores. The few bites we did have were great! Highly recommend!

After a not so great experience at Marsh House, we decided to try out The 404 Kitchen and they made our night! Tri-tips, catfish bites, pork belly, buratta salad, beer braised greens, and a few other delicious dishes… everything was amazing!! Serafin and the rest of their staff went above & beyond! ❤️ When you’re in Nashville be sure to make reservations with them. You won’t be disappointed!

David was our waiter and he was awesome. The food was some of the best I have ever had. The pimento cheese was excellent. The Tri Tips were unbelievable! Topped off with baked potato, cornbread and chocolate brûlée that all were perfect. What a way to end our trip to Nashville.

We sought this restaurant out since we are gluten free and they were very accommodating! We shared the porkchops which were outstanding and also had collards, Brussels slaw, asparagus and the gluten free cornbread which was amazing. The manager, Goldie recommended the avocado sorbet and after dinner wine which we wouldn’t have regularly ordered but they were both delicious. He took the time to talk with us to determine what we would love, which you don’t find at most restaurants. The outdoor upper patio has fun views of the city life and loved the decor with the lights. Highly recommend for a great dinner experience if you visit Nashville.

Ya I’m proud of my fiscally conservative approach to dinner… but dang man, $20 for a decent Bourbon? Service struggled at times, but the food made up for it. The grilled oysters surprised to the good, so did the catfish bites and pork chop. Ladies split the tri-tip and I even got in on it… and it was goooooood!

Came here for a private event last night and had a fantastic time. The ambiance was great, the food was fantastic, but the service was what stood out the most. Never an empty glass or dirty dish hanging around. They were all over it!

My wife and I ate here for our wedding anniversary and upon hearing that, we were brought 2 glasses of champagne on the house. After that I proceeded to have THE best pork chop AND THE best Old Fashioned that I've ever had simultaneously. My wife got the campanelle which was also phenomenal. If I lived in Nashville, I'd be here all the time lol.

Our party was recommended here by a Nashville native and we were thoroughly impressed. Unable to get a reservation hours before our dinner (we arrived around 6:30p) we walked in and were informed that we could order at the bar and have our meals brought to us at the bar or in their outdoor seating area. We sat outside and still got great service. Our food came out in good time and the dishes were tasty. The steak and ham plate were my favorite. And I loved that the ham plate came with tiny biscuits as well! They were so cute. While We did not get to experience the dine in service upstairs, we had a great experience on the outdoor patio. I also asked the staff how early in advance reservations should be made for this restaurant which the hostess informed me that booking a day or two in advance for weekend and larger parties is recommended. She also mentioned smaller parties have an easier time getting seating if that’s not the case.

We had my birthday dinner there last night and it was superb on all levels. Our server Shane was great with his knowledge and recommendations. The food met all expectations and the drinks were even better. We will definitely be back. I recommend you go too!

The hostess was so nice, i though she was our server! When Trent came to the table he was a perfect waiter! Next time I come I will ask him to get me whatever he recommends for all courses. I had a French white wine, the Double Pork chop, and the pouched apple for dessert, all his suggestions! Was a great, cohesive and delicious meal! Cannot wait to be back in town to come again! If there were more stars, I would leave a higher rating!

This place was recommended by someone we met at Big Machine Distillery. The biscuits with whiskey jam and bentons ham were amazing! There’s few times I’ve ordered a double bone in pork chop and had it cooked perfectly and this was one of them. Not dried out, juicy, and very little fat on the chop as you can see before and after. The burger my wife got was also great although she felt it was a tad heavy on the fries which I agree with but not worth losing a star over.

I travel to Nashville for business and have dined at 404 Kitchen twice. Food, atmosphere are superb. Service is world class. Ashleigh has taken care of two different groups for me. She guided us through the menu and made these work events special. Ashleigh even remembered what I had ordered 2 weeks prior and suggested other items that I missed on my first visit. Definitely returning on next business trip.

If you love great food, this is the place for you. The shrimp and grits were creamy, smoky and had a tiny hint of 'heat'. Our waiter was fun and knowledgeable. With his deep New Orleans accent and southern sensibility, he guided us through an unforgettable 'eating tour' of the menu. We will be back.
