This place was very clean and methodical , the ordering process was simple and easy using the kiosk, the food perperation and delivery was smooth. The quality of food was very good. The ambience was great.
Panera is usually good. This location in particular has sometimes forgotten an item of food or the sandwiches aren’t that well put together but overall, 4/5.

I love this place. Got the turkey chilly which was delicious! Also belong to the sip club for $10 a month, not for coffee but for tea. It was cold in Nashville and I enjoyed the "where everybody knows your name" feel.
Cashier was pretty rude. I told her thank you a few times throughout the transaction and she ignored me. She than tried to tell me I could only get 1 coffee. Not 2. I was like what?!?!
Excellent service. Coffee is always full and if it isn't, they will replace it right away. Food has always been on point and correct. Can't ask for a better experience. Employees are friendly. I visit over a dozen times a week.
