The food, staff and the atmosphere- all great! This is my 3rd Waffle House and all experiences have been great. The food is pretty reasonable. For 2 people, you will spend about $20 for breakfast which would include 2 eggs, toast and hash browns or grits. That's pretty darn good, don't you think! 😀
We loved this diner. The food was exactly what you would expect for a classic diner. They know exactly what they are making and they do a good job of it, nothing unexpected in any way. What was unexpected was how good the staff were at this location. Within moments of walking in you are seated with a smile and your order is taken. The staff are friendly with the customers, and clearly friendly with each other too. This meant that the whole diner had a great feel/vibe that just made each visit pleasant. Very good prices as well, which is a nice bonus. I wish I had noted the name of the waitress that looked after us on each of our 3 visits. She was really excellent.
The usual greeting "Welcome to Waffle House" while it might be a pain for staff, I've actually missed it. Service is always awesome, great to hear staff members having good work banter.
This visit I had Texas Cheese melt with Sausage and plain hashbrown grits. Also had chocolate chip waffle. Both amazing 🔥🔥
Amazing food, always consistently great waffles. Close to airport… I had a 3 hour layover so I walked here. But be careful as there’s no actual sidewalk to get here, must walk on side of main road and highway. About a 20 minute walk from airport. But so so worth it

The waitress was very nice. The coffee was a little on the weak side but I made the most of the experience. My daughters said the hashbrowns were a little undercooked, we like ours with a golden brown color not pale. But, overall it was nice and enjoyable. Unlike, the WH on Elm Hill Pk, just a disappointment every time.
While seated at the counter they did dishes in their dish pit on the other side of the counter. Dish water was splashed onto the counter and into our drinks. Don’t sit directly in front of the dish pit and everything else is wonderful. Friendly staff, decent food, quick service.
I don’t know if waffle house is freaking amazing, or if it’s just OK and I just don’t live close enough to one. I know for years I live near a waffle house and I always enjoyed them, but now we only see them when they’re a couple hours away. So it’s almost like a treat just to go to one. I know it sounds like I need to get out more often, but they do have good food, had a good price. And I enjoy the people that are in there also, and the waitresses and waiters are always very friendly. On the new menu, you can get a bowl for anything, hashbrowns topped however you like, grits topped however you like, it’s all thrown into a bowl of goodness! I don’t before they’ve got all their old classics they may not be on the menu but you can still get them. We were fortunate enough to have a mother and son duo cooking and serving at the waffle house here in Nashville! They were both super friendly I made the experience excellent!
Food was good. First time at this restaurant chain. We don't have them in California. I'd been wanting to try it. Waffle House is just that .. just waffles, and some egg/potato dishes. It was good though. We sat at the counter and could see everything going on. The cooking area was very messy, although the cook line was super quick. We ordered and had our food within just a few minutes. I had a waffle and a side of hash browns and liked it, it was pretty good.
I went in on a busy Saturday morning after leaving the airport and was immediately seated. Staff was constantly cleaning off tables right away, so that they can get other people seated. Food was cooked to perfection and was brought out within 10-15 min. My waitress Jordan was super sweet and very attentive. I definitely recommend this WH location.
The food did not disappoint. I can see why stuff pops off at a waffle house. It's too small. But the food is every bit worth the hype. I fully intend to go again because that blueberry nougat is like no other. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She would've got a 4, but she forgot my pecans.
This Waffle House operates like a well-oiled machine. It was 'as busy as it gets' and we still got our food really fast (family of 4). They even gave our kid an animal-shaped waffle and a hat just for fun. Even tho it was hectic the workers were all being patient with each other and keeping their cool. They seemed to actually like their jobs.
Had to experience a Waffle House on our trip here. The food was really good. Keyla (hope I spelled that right) was our waitress and she was really nice. The place was a bit dirty but overall I would totally be back. Thanks so much!
Stopped in here for breakfast this morning and I just wanted to say I had a great experience...our server was amazing...the food came out fast and tasted amazing. I Def recommend coming to this location
Great service and a really good bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The only problem was they only do "to go" orders from midnight until 7:00 am. I arrived at 6:05 am. So I couldn't get a waffle, I can't eat a waffle sitting in the car. (The egg on their bacon, egg and cheese sandwich is normally fried, I requested scrambled.)
My girl Keyla was AMAZING. The service was amazing and they made sure we had everything we needed for a party of 18 last minute. Gave us extra when they made a mistake and didn’t bat an eye. Much love girly!
I just had a wonderful experience at store #843 in Nashville Tennessee. Not only was the food cooked to perfection, the staff were so friendly and accommodating with my particular order. They really went out of their way to make sure that I was pleased. They were happy, friendly and provided the best customer service I can remember ever receiving! I will always come here any time I am traveling in Nashville! I truly thought customer service satisfaction was a thing of the past, but definitely not here in this wonderful place 💖😊😊
Four of us stopped for breakfast. We had eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, and their smothered, covered & chunked hash browns. All were very tasty, fresh and hot. Service was right on, and I spent less than lunch for two.
