Found this place on Google Maps during recent Trip to Nashville. This place is one of the best sports bars that I have been to. It has the classic upper deck that most Nashville bars/restaurants have and the service was solid.
I had the fried catfish and it was fantastic. Beers were cold and the food was fantastic. Great local bar and I highly recommend visiting while in the area!

My go to for fried catfish. They sides are good to, I had beans, slaw and the fries were excellent. Great atmosphere for a sports game to. Catfish so good your going to want two pieces

Great hole in the wall, good menu selection and lots of TVs. We went for trivial night and it was a blast. We liked that the trivia started at 8.
Definitely a locals hangout and good crowd.
Bartenders were great and so was the wait staff.

This place always seems so nice and freshly cleaned whenever I come in. I love their Green fried Tomatoes! sadly, they no longer offer the delicious smoked potato salad which paired well with their delicious baked beans. Their Country Fried chicken is absolutely amazing, made right especially when compared to Bar-B-Cutie. They also offer brunch on Sundays with freshly made waffles and fresh fruits. And also a great place to watch sport's and have a nice craft beer.

Local favorite. Solid menu and food every time. Service can be a little slower, but that's what happens at a neighborhood favorite. Good for friends, couples, and families.

Best Bills backer bar . We all had so much fun watching the game. Great place to go and watch Bills game . They were short handed the night we were there!

Our first time here. If you want to go to a sports bar with good food. Then this is the place for you. Sarah was our waitress and she was awesome.

Great place to grab a drink. Food is very good too. Been a staple to check out when in Nashville.

Some of the best cat fish I have had at a restaurant. We were looking for somewhere open a little later for food and stumbled across here. The food and service was very good, would definitely go back.

A lot larger space than perceived from the outside. Parking is weird and small. Food was fast and wings were decent sized for the price. Acoustics were good for a huge crowd watching football. Server was friendly but could have used some help, he covered half the room. Overall good time.

Great food in a place that wasn't crowded, definitely recommend

Last night I got their Catfish Sliders. 2sliders was really 1 good size sandwich. Picture is my half eaten plate (sorry-I was hungry!). But seriously, the catfish sandwich might've been the best I've ever had. Something in it had a hint of sweetness but not over powering. Great price too!

Great place for food and drinks and good vibes. Prices are reasonable and there are plenty of options. Happy hour is great too (12-6) weekdays.. highly recommend

Not that long ago you could get a decent meal here. I was here at least 3 times a week. It is obvious that the owners started to get involved by screwing up the menu and taking the quality things off. I guess their profits we're down. Then it it became obvious they were pissed at the great bartenders and servers who were developing a decent clientele for the place. Slowly they started to leave. Now when I come I have to order at the bar..tell them where I am sitting...then get food that is over or undercooked and try to hunt down silverware and napkins when my meal arrives. It's a shitty bar now. Food and service are sort of what they do. Too sad. They use to care. No more.

Very casual. Very low key decor, but the food is excellent. I had the fried red snapper sandwich with onion rings. You won't find any better of either in Nashville. The service was prompt and courteous. The prices are mid range and reasonable. Good selection of beers. Convenient valet parking if needed. You don't hear a lot about this place, and I suspect it is due to its lack of "trendiness." If, instead of cliched accouterments and a cookie cutter atmosphere, you are interested in good food prepared well and affordable, this would be your place. My advice: stay away; that way I will never have to wait on a table, and I can still consider it one of my undiscovered gems.

It would appear, the Crow's Nest has become a Mother's Day tradition for us.
My Son, My Daughter, Granddaughter, Grandson and Son-In-Law have been meeting here for a Mother's Day Brunch for 4 years now. The atmosphere is awesome, large open areas with lots of light. A couple of games for the kids to play. And the food is incredible!! Incredible is not enough, It is more than incredible.
The menu is so vast, something here for everyone and it is all so good. Love this place.

I’m in town briefly for some music stuff and decided to stop in. It was nice to have a fellow LSU Tiger, Ronnie, as a bartender. He was great. I had a salad and a few beers. Great experience, would recommend! I’ll be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality at a sports bar. We tried the breakfast burrito which cam with gourmet hashbrowns & fruit. Perfect balance of flavors. Later, we tried the nashos with chicken and they were good also. Great TV'S to watch college football with surround sound and great food; not bar food

I am in town for a work conference and decided to walk around the corner from my hotel and try it out because it looked like a fun decent place. My colleague and I both ordered burgers. I had to send mine back twice and my colleague once because the burger was literally raw meat. By the third time I got my burger back, it was burnt and charred. A very disappointing experience.

Cool bar, Alvin the waiter who was working the Longhorn group was fantastic, banana pudding was heaven.

Fun, casual hang out. Great brunch drink specials. Friendly staff. Lots of options--three menus presented to us!! We go early, so it's quiet, but it's a great game day hang as well.

Love it, Scott and Sarah are always on point when we are there. Atmosphere is electric when the Vols are winning! Lol. Food is delish!!! Especially the chicken and dumplings!!!

This was my first time at Crows Nest. I had the meatloaf blue plate lunch. It was really good & very reasonably priced. The service was excellent.

The Crow's Nest has an atmosphere of a relaxed sports bar. There are many huge tv's that line the walls and good music playing while you eat. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. I really enjoyed the food! I had 3 of the bacon beef sliders and that filled me up! The fries, however, were good and fresh but somewhat bland. The price wasn't expensive and reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience!

The Nest is a great place. There's tons of TV's to watch the preds win. Good beer and dank appetizer. They also have golden tee which is dope

Had Sunday lunch here. Really big menu of different items. I had Steak Benedict, made with tenderloin. Came with crispy hash browns. Friend had the stuffed meatloaf, she loved it. We will definitely eat here again. Another great thing, food is not over-salted.

Good food, service sux. Saturday night, grossly undermanned. I never expect to wait over a half hour for my check

I have to say this place is great! Went in after not going for close to a year and loved it again. Our server Eric was attentive and so very good at making us feel welcome. We'd ended up sitting downstairs after waiting awhile upstairs and seemed to not get much help. The server and the manager who came out and spoke to us we're both great. I thought it was so amazing the manager wrote his name(Patrick)and email down for us incase we ever needed to reserve a table or anything. I can't say enough about how good our time was the other night. Both of these men are superb at guest service. Thank you Crows Nest for making our dinner a great one.

HORRIBLE. WORST SERVICE EVER! I'm not one to complain since I have worked in the restaurant industry before and I typically try to give the benefit of the doubt before I pass judgements. However, after eating here last night, I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. We were seated and it took 10 minutes for anyone from the staff to even notice that we had been sitting there waiting. When the server finally came to take our drink orders, we were already ready to order (considering the fact that we waited for so long) but he insisted that we just order our appetizers and "go from there". The server was very rude and would roll his eyes as he walked away from our table. Our appetizers were all wrong, however, he DID get our orders right once we were finally able to order our entrees. We ate in the upstairs dining room by the bar so I am not sure if the quality of service is better if you eat downstairs. My fiance and I ordered Buffalo Chicken Wraps and the chicken just tasted like it was fried, then dipped in tabasco sauce. Nothing really special. I would seriously check on urban spoon for other places in the green hills area before you decide to go with this place.

Nachos?. I Love the Crow's Nest. In response to a prior reviewer, "chips with queso" is not meant to be interpreted as "nachos". Great service, great burgers and beautiful salads; i just adore this little hide-away
Joee Kitty
Decent bar food. Try the hashbrowns, chicken fingers, and burgers. The sauce that comes with the chicken fingers is awesome. Worth carry-out.

What's not to like?. I'm pretty picky, but I have NEVER had a bad experience at the Crow's Nest. I meet buddies there regularly for beers after work. Sometimes we eat, too. My food - regardless of sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, etc. - has always been plentiful, hot and of good quality. Excellent burgers, too. I tend to judge pub restaurants by their burgers. If you can't make a good burger WTH else could you expect to make well? I don't know.

Great place to meet folks, watch a game or sit outside on the 2nd floor deck.

I also don't understand the relatively low 'likes it' percentage. If you are expecting 'fine dining' - of course, this ain't it. Otherwise, I think you'll like it. Check it out.

Overpriced. I recently went here to watch a football game with some buddies. I ordered a simple Nachos w/cheese and 1 beer. My total? $19--a LOT to pay for simple nachos and 1 beer! The nachos were plain, right out of the box with a little bowl of tasteless cheese (no beans, tomatos, lettuce..nothing). The beer was a sam adams. Wow. They must be getting rich over there. Nachos and a beer doesn't even cost that much at the Sommet center downtown!!

Sporting Crowd. Crow's Nest is a worthy successor to the former Green Hills landmark, The Box Seat; and it remains the area's go-to destination for sports-and-pints entertainment (and for fans too cheap to subscribe to cable). Food is surprisingly innovative for "a joint" like this, and staff is friendly and attentive -- as long as the crowd doesn't thicken. Late nights and big play-offs fill this nest to bursting, on two floors no less. Parking is a pain (though valets are on hand); so it's best to walk if you're a local.
Belt Buckle Brunch
(T)he “restaurant” aspect wasn’t that great. So, make sure to check out Crow’s Nest when there’s a game on. Otherwise, there are better options.
