Emiliano's Pizzeria Nashville

So, since we have moved here in November, my husband and I have found a wonderful place for delivery. Usually, I order through Grubhub and they deliver in 20 mins. Food has always been good. Tonight though, I ordered wings at 6:04 and my estimated delivery was at 6:45. At 7:05 I called the restraunt and they said our order was "stuck in the computer" and it would be here in 30 mins (we are 5 mins away - btw). Fair enough, I know mistakes happen. They told me that my order should be here by 735. I also called Grubhub who gave me a $10 credit. Said they called the restaurant and said my order should be here by 737. At 805 I called Grubhub back. I canceled the order. I then called the resuraunt, that said you called and canceled the order and we called the driver and told him to come back. Then put me on hold to then come back to me 5 mins later and hung up. I called back and the gentleman told me he didn't have time for me and I would need to call back. I asked his name, George. Very disappointed. If my order was on the way.....Why not go ahead and deliver that order of 10 wings and 6 potato skins 2 hours later and say sorry. Instead they told a regular customer that they did not have time for me, to call back later and then hang up. Rude.
