During my visit the 5.99 All you can eat promotion was happening. I have to have my Crystal fix occasionally. When I do, it's usually at the Belle Meade location. It's one of a few legit "fast food" stops in the area. The location was clean and the staff were friendly. It's Krystals.
Depending on day you go. Food is good or better and people at counter if in good mood are very accommodating with getting order straight. very stingy with mustard all the time - never can understand and if you ask for extra they often with give you NONE? Strange reaction. I also like "Pups" and
Cashier always a sweetheart. Service can be a little slow. would had 5 star but chicken over cooked and krystals had way to much mustard and i mean all i could taste was mustard
The lady at the front can be loud at times,but shes always friendly and calls everyone honey or baby.I like the junkyard fries myself.I live in a different county so I usually take my food home to eat it.Its not as good when you warm it up in the microwave so eat it at the restaurant or before it ge
The food is Krystal, so it's pretty terrible. HOWEVER, the employees here are a pleasure to be around. There looks to be two people working in here and they both have been very attentive and kind.
The food was great and the cashier was just amazing! Don't judge it's boring interior when you walk in because this place makes it up in taste and personality!!!

Where else can you get 3 eggs, bacon, grits, toast and coffee for under $4? And also get all the latest Nashville gossip from the old codgers who hang out there at 8 am any morning of the week. I'm looking forward to joining their ranks in a few years.
I haven’t been to Crystal in 40 years. Took my grandchildren and other family here this afternoon after visiting a nearby garden. The staff was so very nice and accommodating.
I always love going to Krystal; the Belle Meade restaurant (at US-70S and Tn. Hwy. 100) was clean, the counter staff friendly, the burgers good, and the fries hot. A favorite stop when I visit Nashville.
First time going the Lady at drive through was Amazing so sweet it was at 1:39 am had to go to Hospital..Excellent customer Service.... food was hot and fresh
Krystal in Belle Meade has the most wonderful, one of a kind Ms. Vanessa. She is a jewel. Kind, sweet, couteous, and attentive. Give this amazing lady a raise!
