There is a solid mix of people here, but seems most of the people staying are looking to spend a night on broadway if you know what I mean. College aged kids mainly. This is a difficult place to rate. There’s no denying, it is a cheap hotel. But they don’t pretend to be any other way. It is not a cheap place trying to fake you out that they are any better. This place is honest in their approach and level of service.
