We went for breakfast and the food tasted freshly made and tasted good. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The workers were friendly and welcoming. Best McDonalds experience I have had in quite some time.
My daughter and I just came threw the drive thru. The 2 crew members greeted us with friendly smiles. And ask how our day was going. When we pulled away we both said WOW. Definitely a Wow experience.Great work.
Among the cleanest, friendliest and tastiest locations I’ve visited in recent years. You will have to wait if you don’t wish to use the self checkout, but other than that, it’s fantastic!
The manager is doing a great job with her team. Friendly attentive staff.
AJ the manager was phenomenal!!!!! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the only McDonald's I'll go to because of his great customer service and care. He was even extremely patient with me and my confusing complicated orders multiple times every time I've go into this establishment. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years!!
I come here on Wednesday nights after church and the food is always fresh! The staff is friendly and my food is fresh. I know that I've said that twice but many times I've gone to other McDonald's at night and the food is many times not fresh.
I wanted to give a shout out to the morning drive thru crew, who are always consistent, kind, and committed to a good experience. Angel is always wonderfully friendly and the management team of Michelle and Rose are, too. I go back because of them!
The manager that was on at 4:50pm was absolutely awesome. I asked for my food to be made fresh to one girl at the register who was very polite another girl stepped in to finish the order . When i got my order the food wasn't fresh. The second girl was rude and got the manager. I told the manager marcell the problem and also the fact I need to order the sandwich I should have actually wanted. The manager handled my order very professionally and with a smile 🙂🙂🙂🙂
Went in for breakfast, went inside. I don't like ordering on a kisok. They forgot my cup at order pickup and had a hard time getting their attention. Food was great! I usually use the drive thru and it is fantastic.
Drive thru was amazing the people their at the afternoons are always so kind with a greeting and always make sure i was paying for what i ordered, their this lady who always nice to me and my family I think her name was Ashley she is very funny and hilarious.
I order the max items through the app for our meeting almost every Thursday. These guys do a great job getting the order filled and me on my way. Never had any major issues or problems with this location.
This particular store is definitely the best managed McDonald's restaurant in the Bellevue area. Their employees are always friendly and the food is what would be expected and consistent. I would have given them 5 stars but sometimes they don't live up to "fast food" and waiting becomes an issue.
The only issue I have with McDonald's is putting onions on their burgers. I think they should always ask if you want onions or not. I usually remember to ask for no onions, but sometimes forget and can't stand them on my burgers. Fast service though.
