food was more than I expected, really delicious, they have a variety levels of spicy wings.....fast and friendly. I didn't wait that long to get my order ready...really enjoyed it!!!

I had a really great experience at this location today. Food was hot. Service went above and beyond thanks to Rafael. Y’all should keep him and make him happy. He made sure that I left happy and that’s what customer service is all about!
Excellent experience. Good customer service from the guy who was cooking. The lady who was the cashier could use some improvements, like helping her ONLY coworker. Outside of that, they did an outstanding job. Good food and everything was correct. Kudos!
Svc was a little slow but the food was hot and fresh.there was a band playing around a large party so it was loud..
I ordered wings for my birthday here and they were delicious. But be sure that if u order online early n the am for an evening order, that u check and make sure what time they cooked your food upon pick up. I had this problem, but the nice gentleman here took care of me. I will definitely order from here again.
This place has DRASTICALLY improved since its downside after the pandemic. Before the pandemic, it was one of my "go to" places for wings, and then when the pandemic hit, it went haywire. Both the food and the service were sub par at best. However, they have now hired new people and re-added the ability to order online for pickup. The wings are back to being cooked to order, fresh, tasty, and on time got pickup.
Update (Summer 22): New management may have saved this location. Went back after a long closure to see if they'd fixed things. Better workers actually working, orders correct, and generally a better vibe. Seems like someone read the reviews and decided to fix things. They earned the upgrade to 4 stars from 1 in my book.
Only go here if you want to wait an extra hour for your order to be made incorrectly. We keep trying to give them another chance, but we're done. One guy was vaping in the corner. Another guy came in wearing what I can only call pajamas, made some wings for himself, and left. New management could probably save this place.
I had a really good experience today at Wingstop. This was my first time and already knew what I wanted . The gentlemen suggested another sauce that I might like and that was my fave! The Korean sauce yum. The garlic parm was ok. The voodoo Cajun fries were bomb and the ranch was delicious. All together great food and service from this particular guy I didn't get his name but he was there around 2 on 4/27/2022. 👍 thanks!
Food is always hot and fresh here and I have never had bad service. You sometimes may have a wait but good fresh hot food takes time!
What a difference! This place was horrible a few months ago, but they've hired new employees & opened the dining area back up. I did carryout and the wings were spot on, the best I've had in awhile. Order was 100% correct, service was good and ready as promised! Oh...And try the voo-doo fries! SO good....😋
