There was an issue with my order, I thought I would have a long wait but I didn’t have to wait. Food was fresh but fries a little salty for me. One of the best customer service from a McDonald’s. Thanks night crew on Halloween!
One of the cleanest lobbies and fastest service of any McDonald's I've ever been too. Used the self service kiosk to order and no sooner than my payment cleared my combo was delivered hot. I hardly had time to fill my drink all the way up.
This 5 star rating is not on anything else besides Ms Angela's customer service. When she greets you and takes your order and wishes you a wonderful day you truly believe your is going to be wonderful. Ms Angela's warm personality plus my morning coffee is a sure way to start a wonderful day.
Drive thru was quick and no issues with missing items. 2 ladies that were each attending separate windows were both courteous and quick.
My favorite one to visit in Nashville! The manager is the kindest person along with the sweetest lady there who I see in the mornings! She always has a smile and always wishes me a blessed day. Keep up the good work guys!!

This McDonald's rocks! It's right on Broadway, closest to all the world class bars even walking distance. Bars close at 3am, but not this place! 24 hrs and don't always expect to get inside ! Doors might be locked but if u really want too..there ok with you walking through the drive through line. Good food all night !

I placed an online order for in-store pick up. I was on foot. When I arrived at the store, all the doors were locked, and no one would answer. I walked up to the second drive-thru window, where I was told to walk to the first window, despite the fact that I had already paid online. When I arrived at the first drive-through window, I was told by the gentleman, that I had to walk back to the next window to pick up my order, literally walking in between the bumpers of cars. I asked if this was against corporate policy, and he said probably, but we lock the doors at nine. This is completely unsafe, and completely unacceptable. They should never put anyone at risk of injury to pick up an order. They allowed me place an in-store order that I am not allowed to pick up in store. It would not have been difficult for someone to hand me my order when I arrived, or to bring the order out to me, after I had then walked up to the first drive-thru window. Instead, they told me I had to walk the drive-thru line, walking moving between cars. This is completely unsafe and completely unacceptable.
