Donut Connection not only has red velvet and a variety of other donuts, spice induced and otherwise, but this is a great place to buy Philly steak on freshly baked croissant. The kicker is that, when requested, they use hot jalapeño peppers, tomatoes and onion!! I don’t always eat meat based food,
I'm originally from a southern WV city where Donut Connection is just as popular if not more than Dunkin Donuts. We live in Chattanooga these days and taking a nearly 6 hour trip for donuts is out of the question, but a two and a half hour day trip is nice.

I stopped and got a coffee and 1 single donut with vanilla glaze and sprinkles.
My ONLY complaint was not ordering more donuts. That was hands down the best donut I have ever had in my life.

They only have the drive thru option, which sucked as a person who likes to look at my donut options, but then she made my donut toppings fresh when I ordered, so i suppose it was ok. Friendly cashier and under $3 for 2 donuts is unheard of these days.

Fresh doughnuts and a cheese steak! Delicious. But I gotta say, Best part of my brief visit was the genuine smile and conversation with the proprietor. I've missed friendly welcoming touch of great customer service.
This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall type place, but most of the best donut places are. The donuts and the service were both great, and even better than the donuts was the coffee! You can tell they take pride in their coffee here. I asked if he could make me a mocha (which isn't on their menu) and
Plain glazed, chocolate glazed and maple glazed donuts here were very good and fresh on a Saturday morning. Donuts are a little bit on the dense side, which is common in the Nashville area. They have a drive through.
It was late in the day, so the selection was limited. However, the donuts were delicious!
Donuts are great and fresh. Not the best I have ever had but the maple donuts are up there with the best. The owners are very nice people and I had great customer service even in the drive through
I have been coming this place every morning since last summer, as their donut & coffee are so fresh and delicious. The freshness wouldn't let me try other places no wonder they call it donut connection. I really get connected to freshness.

The people who run the place are extremely kind and cater to your needs. Their donuts are inexpensive and delicious. The atmosphere of the café is what you would imagine Italy in the 50s.
