Ate there yesterday at the urging from a friend who dines there. I'm a skeptic because I'm a die hard Princes Chicken fan and Engine's hot chicken when I can get it. This chicken is woderful!!!! They portions were large. The attentiveness of the servers impeccable. Every time food was brought out the server stopped by every table to ensure everything was ok and if we needed anything. I was impressed with the food and service. I will be returning�����
So far, this is the HOTTEST Nashville Hot chicken I have had...great flavor and a heat level that will climb up and get you..."The End" was the heat level I tried and is the hottest...I ordered the two chicken strip sampler, they gave me three, I actually had to take one home with me... AWESOME chicken, don't miss it if you are around Nashville...
I ordered the 2pc. (dark) w/ heat level 'scorch', potato salad, and red beans & rice - every bite was DELICIOUS! Also, the hot chicken egg rolls are addictive.
Next visit(s), I'll be trying the pork chop, ribs, hot butt sandwich....oh, and their breakfast menu items, as well.
Living in Nashville all of my life I had made it my mission to try every restaurant that serves hot chicken. I almost missed this gem. It's hands down the best hot chicken in Nashville. Each hot entree from pork, to chicken to shrimp is complimented by sides just as mouth watering. Don't miss it.

We've been looking for new places to try, especially local ones. The portions are generous, as is the heat on even the medium. We were instantly hooked. The hot lemon pepper chicken will get me back in the door, and hopefully very soon!

Also they are available on Uber Eats and have their own online order system where you can pick it up or don’t have to wait, it is cooked to order which is what makes it so damn good!
It sounds crazy and I have food touching issues but omg the chicken apple fritter is just insanely good! Everything we have tried so far was on point! Mrs. Joyce and the gang are awesome! It's like eating with friends you just didn't know you had yet �
Amazing family owned dive. Everything is made to order and fresh. Great place everything is good.
Always on point and delicious, with a great burn! Always made with real peppers and no extracts. They do not play around with heat levels.

Every chance we have to get down to Nashville and want to grab a bite, this our go-to for hot chicken. Regardless of what heat level you like (my husband likes slow-burn, I prefer milder), the flavor of the chicken is really good. Plus the location is great if you are in north Nashville.
