We love Wendy’s for fast food because it’s usually fresher and better quality than the rest. This location, however, is one of the worst places to go for a “quick” bite. Even when there’s only a couple of people in the line, it always takes nearly an hour to make it to the window. Also, when you finally get your food, the order is almost always incorrect. I don’t think I’ve been there without getting home to find something is missing or just the wrong meal entirely.

I entered a mobile order at 10:00pm and attempted to pick up my order at 10:25pm. I was not properly or kindly greeted I was just immediately told that they were closing due to staffing. I told the woman I had a mobile order to which she rudely said, "that doesn't mean that I'm going to have it. I don't have any big meat, I don't have any of these salads; they didn't make any of these salads so I don't know what you want me to do." Why am I being spoken to this way? None of those issues are my fault as a customer and I should have just been told that my order could not be completed due to staffing and supply issues. Better yet, they should have just canceled my order because I wasted gas money trying to get a quick bite from this trash restaurant and you know what, this isn't the first time this has happened. Their hours are 6:30 am to 11:00 pm but this location has been closing early for months! I would appreciate it if somebody contacted me about this experience.

Their breakfast is the bomb! The maple bacon chicken crossaiunt is amazing! So is the chicken biscuit! Also the potatoes are great as well
No complaints about anything. Sausage biscuit is a healthy piece I was surprised! Very good!!

Worst restaurant experience ever.
We went into the dining room to order some Frosty’s to go and avoid the long drive thru. We went inside at 9:07pm and the sign on the door said “dining room open 9am-10pm.” The man at the register was frustrated that a coworker left the door unlocked even though they were taking drive thru orders only but was helpful and willing to take our order really quick since it was a mistake. Immediately a women came from the back and started shouting at me for no reason and told me to go to the drive thru. I explained what the sign on the door said and she cut me off and shoved us out the door with no explanation and said she didn’t want to hear it. I’ve never been treated like that by a business and I’ll definitely make sure to never come to this Wendy’s again.

No pictures but had the best service and awe-mazing food...this day..that Strawberry Frosty is a keeper..and more importantly the young lady working the window..wish I got her name. She was absolutely awe-mazing..customer service spectacular..she needs a raise..Ijs

Yooooo, apparently you closed early tonight (Thursday) at 10:30pm, but all the lights were on like normal, there were like 8 cars in the drive thru you didn't even respond on the speaker, I only know because as we drove around past the window you were telling someone at the window who knocked & asked. Restaurant Mgmt 101: take 3 seconds of time & human decency to turn off your lights so we sorry saps don't waste 30 min in your drive thru. But joke's on me for thinking you might actually operate like a stable normal establishment, lol.
BTW, we drove to Cook Out on Trinity & they run that place like Walter White running Gus Fring's superlab, bing bang boom, in & out hot & ready & order right every time. Take notes, Wendy.

A lil slow . But order was correct and the young man working the cashier was polite and doing his Best !!. Especially with some idiots waiting for there food. Which as i said . Was just a lil slow.

Extremely rude and very unprofessional service. We waited for our food for over 10 to 15 mins and had to pull back around to the window to see a dumb founded look on the cashier's face like we haven't paid and sat in the parking space waiting for them to deliver our food. It seemed like they have been shooing other people thru the drive thru, even though they don't close til 11pm, and seemed fully staffed too. Would not recommend this location at all!

I had a cheeseburger, I don't remember what kind. I think it was the Baconator. That's what I usually get. I enjoyed it. The service was speedy and efficient. Not much else to say.
