Wendy's - Natick - Photo album

I’ve been to this Wendy’s twice. The food is on par with other Wendy’s, so I have no issues there. However both times I have gone, it’s taken 5-10 minutes with multiple people at the register. I’m not sure what causes the issues, but it’s frustrating. I suggest you order and pay on the app to avoid

Ordered chocolate frostys and they gave us strawberry ones 😑 didn’t leave a note about it or refund me, really annoying bc the strawberry ones taste horrible

I remember that a year ago the staff was more efficient I think I've seen from this year 22 it's not the same it's not clean the restaurant looks like a super cold environment serious faces there is no kindness and you don't feel it 🤗 I think it's him staff change is obvious.

Before I ate a lot of McDonald's nugget now I love Wendy's and the baked potato with Bacon more and that fascinates me when they are fresh
