Found a hair in one of our rolls (which they didn’t charge us for when we told them), fruit flies hovering over our food, we had 6 in our party and it took 25 min between when the first meal and the last came out, will not be coming back.

Edit: Amending my review because I’ve had more success and the customer service has been good and I’ve really been enjoying the sushi! Good sushi but impossible to ever successfully order (if someone actually answers the phone). I’ve been able to actually get food basically 2/8 tries. I give up.

TLDR: they messed up my order and said they would comp me the roll they missed. Called to pick up the comped roll and said they weren’t obligated to do that and called me a liar. I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with this place was bad enough for me to take the time out to do so. I p

Food is amazing!!! The refusal to provide take out as an option however is extremely disappointing and, frankly, ableist.
