Wow! Came in definitely at its busiest time, there were about three baristas in a tiny area that were making the drinks, what seemed like 20 customers standing and watching. The employees had full communication and control of what was going on. Keeping customers updated as the drinks were being made, they were talking to obvious usual customers and it created such a safe and welcoming environment. A small spill (which can be expected they were going so fast it was crazy) and the other team members quickly noticed and without saying a word was on it while they continued making drinks. I was fully impressed! I don’t think anyone minded the small wait cause these guys are entertaining! Seriously these guys deserve some cred, best Starbucks in southern Indiana. HANDS DOWN!!
What can i say? Great coffee and great service. Go here at least 4 times a week. Love it.
Fast and super friendly service, Hannah was wonderful and clearly very educated on the menu. I was unsure of what I wanted and she gave me a few ideas and once I picked one, I got my drink and sat back down doing some work emails and she stopped by my table later and asked how my drink was or if I was interested in trying something different if it wasn’t good. Thank you Hannah you’re very kind!
The baristas are always very friendly, which is awesome since we tend to order custom drinks. Many times baristas aren’t all that friendly when you order custom drinks, but at this location they are always very friendly and if they’re annoyed, you can’t tell! They’re always very quick here as well.
