Received a 3 pc tender meal today, that was not cooked all the way done. Disgusting!
Biscuit was a hockey puck, mashed potatoes and gravy were fine. And the drink even tasted bad. The most expensive little bowl of taters I've ever eaten. The rest went into the dumpster.

Chicken didn't have very much breading on it this time. It has been better in the past visits.Had to eat outside because they closed the inside. Didn't receive any of the condiments just a real disappointment

Over charged me 2 chicken sandwiches then mention it to team member gives me refund for the 2 sandwiches then shorts me an additional sandwiche.. mentioned that had to give me sandwich get home only to see they shorted me an order of fries call up there they picked up phone and hung up not took phone off hook this location has went down hill the employees just don't care anymore

Took over 30 minutes to get a shrimp basket and the managers and employees were just goofing off, I will not be back and it's ridiculous they still work here this has been my 5th time here and still nothing has changed. DO NOT EAT HERE

Order on the app for pickup. It told me to come pick my food up from the counter and that it would be ready soon. Well when i get there 15 mins every door was locked and when i went through the drive thru they had me pull up and wait 15 minutes for a 6 piece tender. The food was cold anyways!!!! Horrible experience and i usually eat here but i will not anymore.

Portions are extremely small. Service is horrible. Didn’t get what I asked for. Had to drive back to actually get what I ordered. The manager was every bit of 16 and from a foreign country. Was treated like I had stolen something out of her own pocket. I have been to the DR on vacation, and every person I encountered was absolutely wonderful! Smiles from everyone. You wanted for nothing. This place was the total opposite. After a bad day at my work, I just expected to get what I ordered without being made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. I am always willingly pay for what I get. First time ever posting a review. Ended up throwing out what I did get, and going somewhere else. I am also trying to contact the CEO. I’m not looking for free food, just to make someone aware of the situation. Something needs to change.

Maybe it's my fault for not double checking my order. 3 times in a row I have had stuff missing from my order. What I got tasted good. But how do you consistently forget items.

The food was good. However the mobile pickup ordering process does not work. I've received faster service using the drive-thru. I ordered while sitting in the parking lot. I was the only person in the drive-thru for pickup and was told that I did not place an order. Once the $5 order was located, I still had to pull aside and wait for it.
