Tried calling several times, no one answered the phone. Ordered online. Get there and there's several employees just standing around, only 2 waiting customers including myself. Not sure why they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Then I get my order from the unresponsive rude kid at the regis
There was a young girl(manager) entertaining young teenage boys, while customers were waiting and trying to order. She wasn't too bad, but could have cut some of the giggling and talking out to focus on service. She was nice and got me exactly what I needed, when they were done.
The Jeffersonville and Clarksville locations should take a field trip to here and take notes. Maybe then they too can understand their assignment. Love love love this LCP. Always friendly, very clean, and ALWAYS HOT&READY.
It's a very busy place which keeps the food fresh hot and if you like Little Caesars delicious I would recommend going here if you're from the area but I wouldn't go out of my way on a weekend night or anything like that you're better off calling out for delivery cuz you're going to have a nice long
It's Little Ceasers. Nothing fancy but the pizza is a good deal when fresh. Don't waste time reheating it.
I'm talking bout the Charlestown Rd in new Albany. They are a very busy store. Esp when and if they get understaffed. Even still considering that in there. They still do good. Just be patient. I've had great service there.
The food is good...it's Little Caesar's so you get what you pay for. With that being said...I've been going to this location for 6 years and I know the young kids that work there and have gotten to be on a friendly level with them. They already know what I want to order and will ask if I want cookie
Witnessed a boomer (acting like a child) berating young manager over a soda. Manager tried to be helpful and was very professional.
