I had the Works pizza, barbeque chicken wings. Totally awesome taste. But the real push I loved was the glorious lace cakes. I've told everyone. You get three in a box and they are warm. So delicious
Ordered pizza from here and it was canceled with no explanation.... Sounds bad right? The next day I received a call asking if it was explained why my order got canceled I said no and they said they would contact the store and refund me. Cool, but still a bit annoying. Next day I got a text from what I believe was the manager apologizing and explaining they were short staffed which I understand completely the manager assured me they would fix the issue and refund the order. This store went above and beyond to fix the issue and I appreciate that communication was excellent and they were very polite and helpful. I wasn't even going to complain but they realized their own mistake and fixed it without being prompted. Thank you guys
There was some confusion with our order a couple weeks ago, and our order was given to someone else. An employee and the manager gave me a call and made it right. Great customer service. Times are tough with gas prices being so high, so as a customer, be sure to have some grace for delivery services being short staffed.
Staff was very pleasant and energetic. Also if a mistake is made it gets corrected and makes your experience great. people say customer service and I agree but I also care about employees as well. Thanks my domino's !!!
