Been a while since I've been to any Smithfields but overall not bad. The fries were plentiful, the popcorn shrimp was actually popcorn shrimp, and hushpuppies are always excellent. In town for the weekend and visited this location in New Bern. Greeted by a very nice young lady, brought the food out quickly, and it tasted great. They came around a couple times for refills and were very attentive. Overall great experience!

Good was good for my first time being in a Smithfield's. Crunchy tender white chicken, pulled pork great flavor, yummy hush puppies and lots of walking after trying this southern food. Wish there were more heathy options on the menu. But wanted to see what it was like.
At least 60 degrees in the dining room, was told there was nothing they could do about it. Cashier didn't know what was on the menu. Paid 40 dollars for a terrible dining experience. Will avoid this location.

Chicken needs work. Make it not so salty or give customer's that option of not having so much salt cooked into their food.

Our family met for lunch at 12:30pm. Even though it was during the lunch rush, our large group was quickly & comfortably accomodated. The food was fast, fresh & very good. Along with the wait staff being prompt and attentive to our needs, without making us feel rushed. It was great!

Never eaten in when it was anything but delicious. Not always great when I take out. Chickens always good but beans look and taste like they scrapped the bottom of the pan. Dry and just not good. Slaw is very good as is the hushpuppies.
