Great meal. Chicken Saltimbocca was great, so was my wife’s Eggplant Lasagna. My father in law and Niece both enjoyed the Salmon a lot.
Historical. Unusual choice of dishes for the area. Great tastes. Interesting atmosphere. Expensive for the amount of food. Beef Wellington was not traditional. Accompanying pastry left a lot to be desired. Pork chops were extraordinarily good.
The staff was very accommodating and the food was very tasty. The location is within walking distance of pretty much anywhere in downtown New Bern. The building was enormous, and there were many many rooms. Definitely a cool place to visit historically.
Only went to the bar basement. Great drinks! Dave the bartender and staff provided quick and great service. Good music and fun atmosphere. Great patio with Live Music!

Harvey's is an awesome spot to grab a beer (or three). Dave, behind the bar, is the best bar tender we encountered on our visits to New Bern. Always a great time to be had at Harvey's.
Had a great meal at the mansion on our anniversary. They are in transition of mgnt and chef and if our experience was any indicator of what's to come, patrons will be in for a treat!
