Update: The owner contacted me with speediness and I appreciate the open communication. Im glad we were on the same page that this was for awareness only. Very sweet woman. The world needs more bosses like her!
Never going here again. This coming from the brown skinned mother with her 2 brown skinned children that watch people get acknowledged and served before her. It’s sad that in this day and age, we can’t even get ice cream.
The girl in the photo knew we were standing there for a few minutes before anyone else walked in and openly watched us walk out the door.
Stopped in for a sweet treat on a Friday afternoon after scaling the aisles of a close by home store. The staff was incredibly friendly and there was a large selection. I had a cappuccino blast with the new Oreo Irish cream ice cream with no ice. It was flavorful and I enjoyed it.
We are missing Braums so bad…. This place turned out to be pretty good. Nice people but could be cleaner during covid at least. The lady with blue blonde hair especially needs to step it up.
UPDATE: I was very please qith the owners reponse to my original review. They fixed the issue and even gave me a free pint of the flavor I had been requesting. Thank you and as always very friendly staff.
We have literally called every week for 2 months to see if the have the pineapple coconut no sugar added flavor. Everytime we have called we have requested this flavor and everytime the employees have said "we will talk to the manager" or "the owner will be here today doing inventory so we can ask them to get the flavor". And still they never have the flavor. Its so frustrating. But i do have to say the staff is always nice and friendly and it just seems like the owner or the management is not listening to the customers requests.
Great service! Way better than Kyle shop. Also thank you for making masks mandatory.
