The food was absolutely DELICIOUS. Very comfortable atmosphere. The live jazz band was the perfect fit. Nice cocktails too. Our server was Amber she was a complete joy!
It was really good the food was really really delicious like the chicken, mash potatoes, the mac and cheese was bomb and the wings are amazing and the whole restaurant has like a different designs in certain parts of it, its really cool and creative, ive never seen a restaurant like it. Only issue is the chairs and tables are all very wobbly like lose on screws and its an issue, also the ribs tasted a little weird but besides that 4 stars!
Deltas was fire! Their vibe was amazing, servers and all staff were A1, and the DJ really made it feel like we weren't living in a pandemic, thank you!
When things pass and we seee better days I will try to work with deltas to have future business events there. Its hard to find a place with great food and an amazing atmosphere, but if you want that come here. I'll be back!
The food is always great. I get to the east coast every year and Delta's is always on my list of must do's. Even in a pandemic they didn't disappoint - having outside dining six feet apart. The wait staff was very accommodating. Because the menu is limited so I tried their baked catfish with string beans and yams on the side. Everything was soooo good, the corn muffins, omg it's like a loving, delicious morsel. I was on my way to Washington, D.C. from Newark airport for the march but New Brunswick was on the way.
The best soul food I ever had. I live in California and visited my east coast family and went to Delta’s and man I can’t stop thinking about how amazing everything we had was. If they can ship it to me then game on. I’ll see you in April 2021.
The food was excellent!! Some of what we ordered was the catfish fingers, the thai chili wings, and gumbo. It was all delicious! The atmosphere was great and the music was an added plus to enjoy while eating. Great service as well! You can’t go wrong eating here.
Food was outstanding. Blackened Catfish, fried chicken and Ribs were on point. We ordered some takeout and it made our New Year Eve a little more tolerable during this pandemic. Sweet potato pie finished off a great meal.
We went to Deltas to celebrate my moms birthday. We had never been to the restaurant so I was kind of nervous, but they met all my expectations. I made reservations online with specific instructions that they followed. It as a surprise birthday dinner and they really helped me and my dad execute everything. The vibe in Deltas is immaculate! The music in the restaurant really set the tone. It’s wasn’t too noises.The overall service was really good. Our waiter was eehhhh. Not terrible but not great. One thing about my family is we never finish our food when we go out to eat, but at Deltas everyone swept their plates. I also have a VERY sensitive stomach and the food didn’t make me feel any type of way. I would recommend the fried calamari as a starter. It was perfect. I got Fried Catfish, collard greens, and baked Mac and cheese to eat. The food was a tab bit salty but overall really good! I will definitely be returning with my friends to try brunch.
