Review Wally's Pizza - New Concord

Ordered by phone was told 20 minutes. Got there in 18 and waited almost another 30 minutes for two subs. I approached an employee to ask where the food was because it had been almost an hour at this point (48 min) he went back and my subs were just sitting on top of oven and he proceeded to talk poorly about me to his coworker. This place is full of immature kids that wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped them in the face. The quality of food is always great, but the service is TRASH.

Not bad at all. The calzone was good. The bathroom was not in good shape. The staff was very friendly.

Best pizza in the area by far. They've only improved over the years we've been here. They have high quality toppings. The cheese is perfectly melted, the crust isn't too chewy or too crunchy. And it only takes about 30mins max for pickup! Only get delivery if you're close to the restaurant though, as the delivery is slow from our experience.

Great food calzone was great and so was the pepperoni Stromboli. Marinara sauce was amazing

3.5 stars Decent food for delivery. The food here was not bad. The cheese steak sub was good, but a bit dry. The meatball sub was decent. I would have liked more sauce. The garden salad was fine and exactly as described in the menu. It was big enough for three of us to share as a side. The small deluxe pizza was bigger than I expected. There were plenty of toppings. I would have liked a little more sauce. Menu items were a bit more pricey than expected, but there was an online coupon that brought the price down a few dollars.

Food was not good. Very sloppy.
