At this time of day (early afternoon) the lady there that takes the order and money is exceptionally pleasant, cheerful and helpful. She is an asset to the business and an encouragement to come to this Burger King again. I've been here several times and she has always been on duty when I stopped by.

Went the the Seneca Turnpike location today for lunch with my dad. The top ketchup came from the dispenser the bottom from a packet. The top was thin and clearly watered down. Very disappointed that they are no longer offering the Whopper special which had two Whoppers, two fries and two drinks. Now it's a really bad fish sandwich or a chicken sandwich. Don't waste your time or money.
