Tikkaway Grill - New Haven - Photo album

Nice place for Indian food. The dishes weren’t bad, but the quality and the flavor for the money weren’t quite there.
This was amazing !!! My new favorite place. If you are thinking about ordering from here, GO!!!!!!! P.s the photo was taken when the food was cold. I didn’t receive the food cold it was nice and hot ! I just wanted to wait til I got home to enjoy it🤣
First time but not the last time. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us around the menu. We decided on Papdi Chaat. My 10yo son and I loved the flavor. The dining room is bright AND CLEAN Our Order was done in minutes but tasted like it took a while to cook
Fast casual healthy indian - good for what it is and fair priced! $10 for a bowl.
I think this place tried to be like an Indian Chipotle, but the quality is not there. The staff are non Indian, and don’t understand/care what Indian dishes are. The potatoes were not peeled…which I’m guessing was due to laziness. Also, I’m seeing a mix of 5 star and 1 star reviews, with few 2-4 sta
Taste is okay. I had aalu paratha, they just take out from refrigerator n heat n serve you. Also had rice bowl n rice is also not enough hot. So food is okay. But service is good n helpful.
We had stopped to eat on the way back from Mystic CT, after hearing a lot about Tikkaway. Conceptually Indian Chipotle is great idea and would be really successful if the food was bursting with different Indian flavors, Unfortunately it was not and it just felt mixture of randomness.
Disappointing at Multiple levels. I ordered using ubereats 1. They missed adding 1 item which I ordered 2. The vadapav was frozen and stale (possibly cooked a few days before being served), they didn't even bother heating it 3. The food was ordered at 7:50 PM, they refused to hand over the order q
