Best pizza in East Rock and amongst the top 3 in New Haven. It is truly an art form to watch them cook in the wood fire oven. They also make some pretty decent Mac n Cheese.

Got the fungus among us and the margarita with chicken. Both delicious, really love the sauce in the margarita. It had a bit of a tang. Fungus among us was doughy with a generous dollop of ricotta cheese topped with a delicate aroma of truffle oil.

A must try. “Sweet and salami” is a favorite, as well as “Breaking My Grandma’s Meatballs” great local place. A takeout spot, but from time to time enjoy sitting at a sidewalk table with the pup to enjoy the pizza and warm weather. Just try them, you won’t be sorry.

A not-so-hidden gem of a pizza place, and my favorite pies in New Haven as far as consistency and topping offerings go. (Unlike Pepe's, they won't send you home with a lump of coal.) I keep coming back to their margherita and the "fungus among us" (note: rating not based on quality of puns).

Excellent Pizza and Outstanding Staff! Recently had to feed a large number of volunteers and pizza was the obvious choice. 163 pizza was amazing! Thin crispy crust with a perfectly balanced sauce!

One 6 Three is among the New Haven Greats of Pizza! As delicious as the pies at Modern and Pepe's, with far more interesting flavor options. I especially love the Fungus Among-us mushroom pie. Their cheese pizza is a steal at $13!
