It's been going downhill for awhile now. Everytime we order the pizza with extra sauce it is like they make it a point to put less on it. New haven papa John's is a little better but they still do the same sometimes.

Normally I love papa John's but tonight I was severely disappointed. Not only did we place our order over an hour prior to when we wanted it delivered (so they had plenty of time to make it) my pizza was AN HOUR LATE! Finally we got my pizza and the pizza was cold and I had to microwave it in order

Got the honey chipotle boneless wings and literally not even covered and barely any sauce
pizza is always great. However I went in to pick up our order and only 1 of the workers was wearing a mask. And it was only covering her chin. Very disappointing to see them not following health and safety guidelines especially while preparing food.
It has the best pizzas. Even a pizza sandwich! YOU HAVE TO GO RIGHT NOW!!
They could have more businesses if they had more staff answering the telephone..
