The sandwich this kid made was an absolute banger, and his service was spectacular. Husky light skin boy w braids. I got double meat, double toasted, and his service was double Great. He said "Welcome to Subway" to every customer who walked in the door, no matter how busy he was
There was 1 guy running the whole show and they kept cool and took it one order at a time. It was a long wait, but patience is key. Respect food workers!!
Subway as long as they keep putting coupons out I'll keep going sandwiches always great customer service is good another how to build a good hoagie like I said I will always go if I have coupons buy one get one free 2 for $15 3 for $17 that you can beat it
Overall I would give this location 4 stars because of customer service. The food is always good and ordering is pretty easy using the app, so there isn't much to deal with these days.
Most employees here need help, but one boosted my opinion of the location.
It needs to be said that some of the employees need a bit more training in the customer service dept. It's not a lot to handle to smile, greet, and thank customers. Courtesy doesn't require much. When I come into a shop, I want to know I matter. Not that I am a burden. Everytime I have been in the shop it's been quiet, but no smiles, no greetings, just complaints from the workers about tips or the rush. Perhaps if people had a little courtesy they would get tips. Especially don't ignore the customers or give them dirty looks when they come in, because you have a job to do.
That being said, Michelle was a pleasure to work with. I had a hiccup over an app order that never got cancelled so I was charged but didn't get anything. I spoke to the store, had to wait for a manager from the main office to call back but they never did. Eventually it was a month later and still nothing. I called support and they sent me to PayPal to handle it. They denied my claim because subway put that my claim was about my order not being right instead of that it was cancelled and never refunded. They wouldn't let me reso the claim so much bcontacted the store again.
Michelle was very nice through the whole thing. We love subway and knew we were gonna get more food there, so she allowed us to go in and order food for the amount we were expected in the refund.
If we really needed the money, not sure how upset I would be with the company since almost everything was a problem, but Michelle was very helpful, nice, and got the issue resolved for us perfectly. Thanks Michelle, we appreciate it.
