Planet Fitness the Staff is very Rude and Unwelcoming I think it would be a Good idea to retrain some of the staff that works there, not nice people you ask them a question and feels like they go around it...!!! Going in and going out someone should be greeting and saying there good boys to guess..!

I am very unsatisfied with the drive thru service at the Coleman St store in New London, CT. They do not have my on the go order ready when I send it in to make sure that I'm not late for work. I can send it in 10 minutes before I arrive and the order isn't ready until after I reach the window. When
