I've been to a lot of Dunkin's over the years, and I have to say: this one is always top notch. They're fast, efficient, friendly and know how to properly mix a cup of coffee. Sure, it's just a Dunkin Donuts, but this team is better than most.

Dirty store, teenagers screwing around with a long line of customers. Only one young boy helping customers and he was clearly new. My small latte was the price of Starbucks because I had an alternative milk. This store needs an adult managing these irresponsible kids. No excuse for such unprofession
Outstanding staff! Everyone there has always made me feel happy and at home the second I walk through that door! Everyday they nail my order and never miss a beat! They always have the customers best interest at heart! Thank you to our perfect little dunks in New London!
Horrible service, everytime I've gone they seem to never be able to get my coffee right, and they give me major attitude when I ask them for more Carmel or to remake it.
I have received poor customer service on 3 different occasions at this location. The employees that have been on staff have had no empathy either when they make a mistake. Watched the girl making the food pull down her mask with her gloves on then pull it back up and mess around with it then proceed to touch the food with the same gloves. Very basic no go’s for me. Told them I would pass on the sandwich because of it but still had to pay for it. Absolutely disgusting
