Waited 2 hours, the driver says he called me, but I didn't receive any single phone call at all. Honestly, you need to be honest to stay in the business!!!
Update: 3 hours now, food was not delivered, and no one answered my call.
Horrible customer service. They also now use door dash for there delivery purposes and if the dasher keeps ur food or give to the wrong ppl Pizza Hut employees tell you too get over it there’s nothing they can do
our pizza was very good this time, just as it use to be 20 years ago. Dough was baked just right, toppings were ample and toppings were to the edge. most times this is not the case; therefore, would not recommend to friends. if delivery of product is like yesterdays, you would earn my recommendation
It took over 2 hours for the order. I can understand at times it is very busy. But I received a text at 7:20pm that my pizza was out for delivery. I did mot receive the order until 8:56pm. The driver apologised for the the wait stating that she was the only driver and that the store is understaffed
Pizza, for us is about convenience of delivery. I placed an online order and it was turned into a pick up because they were short staffed. Understandable, but defeated my whole need for convenience.
Was able to go on Superbowl Sunday and get 8 large pizzas in time for the game they were fully staffed great job you guys had that busy Sunday better covered than the Cin Bengals offensive line had protected quarterback Joe Burrow great job
This pizza hut isn't much to look at, but they've been consistent in getting our orders correct. Food is always as good as can be expected from pizza hut, though the wings are not especially well sauced. Overall though, no complaints. One of the better pizza huts I've experienced.
Been on hold for over a hour.. ordered my pizza online was told it'll be here at 11 15 am... it's 12:15 now still no pizza. Talked to 5 different customer service ppl who keeps so called connecting me to the store only to wait on hold for another customer service person because the actual store won'
