Amazing, the pork belly was sweet and savory like candied meat. The steak had an amazing crust, marbled fat, cooked perfectly. The potatoes and other side I had were great and had different flavors. Overall a top choice for a restuarant in New Orleans.

It was an incredible experience for the first time event. I had an excellent 14 oz NY steak. Steaks are al carte, so you'll need to pick a side. I didn't opt for any of the steak sauces or toppings. The steak was served wet and sizzling. My wife had the fresh fish, a tasty and moist Mahi-Mahi. The presentation was excellent, as were the service and atmosphere. No disappointments here. Make sure you have reservations. We were here off-season, and it was very busy for a Tuesday.

Fantastic food and friendly service. Gumbo, hands down the best had in New Orleans. Their drinks are also fantastic. The scallops were phenomenal. The fish of the day was Mahi Mahi. It was a tad dry, but still delicious. Bread pudding and crème brûlée were both exceptional. Only downside to Rebirth is the noise. Hard floor, hard walls, hard ceiling - makes for a bit of a noisy environment.

Excellent dining. The porkbelly appetizer and the double cut pork chop for the main course were to die for. This meal was everything a fine southern meal should be.

Definitely one of the meals I've had in town. The gumbo was amazing and the salad was absolutely delicious. Our server also had great knowledge of wine and we had a lovely chat with him. If my review was strictly about their food, it would be a 5/5. Their take on contemporary Cajun was amazing. Outside of the food, there are a few things I wished were better. The ambience of the restaurant felt a touch off and there were a few details that were missed like a ripped and stained menu. Also, the business casual attire wasn't really enforced one bit. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely, it's one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in New Orleans. Do I think they could improve? Certainty, and luckily it's not on the food side. Would I eat here again when I'm back? Yes! And I can't wait to see what ideas they have next.

Restaurant Rebirth was a culinary revelation! The moment I stepped inside, the elegant yet welcoming ambiance set the perfect tone for an exceptional dining experience. I started with the pork belly, and it was a masterpiece of flavor and texture. Crispy on the outside, with succulent, melt-in-your-mouth meat inside, it was an indulgence I won't soon forget. The pork chop was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, it was tender and bursting with savory goodness, showcasing the chef's expertise. The service at Restaurant Rebirth was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. This restaurant truly breathes new life into classic dishes, and I can't wait to return for more of their delectable pork creations!

We had dinner here as a last minute decision. It was by far the best meal we had while in New Orleans! I wish I had gotten a picture of our appetizers & everyone's dishes. We started off with bbq pork belly nestled on a bed of perfectly cooked greens. The pork belly was the best I've ever had and the greens were just as delicious. Not only was it cooked to perfection, it was lightly dressed with what must be a homemade light bbq sauce that was too die for. Our second appetizer was thee best gumbo I've ever had. I could've eaten it daily. I ordered the Double- Cut Cheshire Pork Chop served with crispy shallot rings and bacon smothered green beans. Anyone who enjoys pork should give this a try. It was as tasty as it was visually impressive. A couple at our table ordered the 22oz Cowboy Ribeye. I shyed away from splurging for the steak. All I can say after seeing their plate is..Splurge for the steak! It looked fabulous & they said it was! Two people couldn't finish it. The atmosphere is relaxed, dim lighting & tight fitting(not terribly so) . We showed up without reservations, thankfully they were able to accommodate us. I think they are preferred though. The bathrooms do not match anything else in the restaurant. I'm glad we ate before seeing the bathrooms. They need a good scrubbing and a little love. Overall, we'd go back without hesitation!

Literally my favorite restaurant in New Orleans. The food is always incredible and the pork belly is the best I’ve ever had. Tonight we had the scallops and they were so flavorful and delicious. The service was excellent as usual. Can’t wait to come back and eat here again!

Had dinner there two weeks ago with 10 coworkers. Everything was amazing! From the ambiance, to the food, drinks, and the service, everything was exceptional. Between the group we tried most of the items on the menu and there was not a single bad bite had. Our server Hoke was impressive, his energy and knowledge made the experience at Rebirth truly unique. Any time I am in New Orleans I will be dining here.

Made a reservation for my friends birthday while visiting. Once we arrived we were seated immediately. The ambiance and vibe is very relaxed and elegant. We started off with cocktails and gumbo. The gumbo had a nice flavor but salty. We all decided to order appetizer as our entrees. The pork belly did not disappoint one of the best I’ve ever had. The greens under it was a little bitter and to much salt. The angel hair oysters was the only item they must didn’t use salt on but overall great taste. The gnocchi was not a good option as the texture throughout was not consistent. Overall ease up on the salt but I would return.

This is a very special place nestled into New Orleans away from the Bourbon Street scene. It is warm, inviting and intimate. From the moment my group walked in we felt like we about to embark on a memorable dining experience. We weren't disappointed..... The food was incredibly flavorful, balanced and truly excellent. We were excited to taste each new dish that arrived to our table and savored every bite. Our meal was paired with terrific wine and cocktails throughout the entire evening. Our favorite dish was the Pork Belly. It was probably one of the best things that I have ever eaten.... The staff was top notch as well. Ashley was our hostess and Henry was our server. Both made great suggestions and checked in regularly to ensure that we were satisfied and having a good time..... I want to come back again soon....I will dream about those flavors for a long time and hold other restaurants up to this benchmark moving forward.

Wow! Small place but big on flavor. My favorite little restaurant in New Orleans. Best pork belly dish ever, looks like a short rib!!! Gumbo is very hearty, pops in your mouth. I can't recommend this place enough.

Riley the GM was amazing he was able to call me and push my reservation up (which I needed to but didn’t want to call for inconvenience) when we got there we were met with love to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We flew from Florida and was our first time trying it out and was blown away! If you come here order the pork with the collard greens.. and the banana pudding was phenomenal, someone in the kitchen made that food with love and that’s it no other ingredients. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Only thing I wish is that I could remember our servers name but I was in a food coma! Thanks again for everything

This place was phenomenal! Cozy and perfect for me. As a solo diner, I was not uncomfortable at all. My server Riley was super! He curated a bourbon flight for me that was spot on. I had the shrimp salad to start. I don't even know where to begin.. the vinergarette dressing , plentiful shrimp, okra(which I'm generally not a fan of) all danced in my mouth creating this experience i didn't know I needed. I had the seared scallops with fingerling potatoes as my entree. Again..I was impressed with the dish. This is a great relatively new restaurant in the Warehouse District.

From start to finish, this was an AMAZING experience. We were fortunate enough to snag a last minute reservation. The hostess and all the servers were helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. The pork belly was one of the stars of this show. The mahi was excellent as well as the filet mignon. Everything was seasoned well and the flavors came through. There was no weak link. Don’t miss out on the bread pudding. We had Riley as our server and he was just as excellent. Knowledgeable and excellent with his recommendations. This is a hidden gem that you don’t even realize you need to visit. I would give this more stars if I could.

I grew up with all of this food, but this is the first time I had it elevated. The sugar cane goaded pork chop topped with the fried shallots tasted phenomenal. The bacon smothered green beans were good, but I wasn't in love with them. The skin on the duck was seasoned very well and satisfyingly crispy. It was accompanied by bamboo dirty rice and candied yams. It all was addictive. It was so good. I decided to get the fried okra with remoulade, and I'm glad I did. I've had fried okra many times, but the tangy and salty remoulade was perfectly paired with the slightly under salted fried okra. When we first went we got reservations weeks ahead. You had better start booking now, because we loved it so much we went a second night in a row just because we enjoyed it so much the first time!
