Paladar 511 - New Orleans - Photo album

It's not a typical restaurant you'd find in New Orleans. The food was excellent, with generous serving sizes. I ordered the Wagyu flat iron steak and the roasted mushroom pizza. The flat iron steak was decadent, and the pizza had a unique flavor - I'll definitely try it again! Be sure to make a rese
Paladar had been on our radar for quite some time, but for some reason we had never made it there. Which is something that's unfortunate, because I would have loved to have this restaurant in my love earlier. The space is beautiful, with leather booths and pretty tables surrounding the kitchen and b
We had the tuna crudo, squid ink spaghetti, cornmeal brioche, spicy San Marzano pizza and the pork saltimbocca. They were all good, but our favorite was the tuna crudo and pork, we could have done without the brioche just because it was too much food for us. Cocktails were also nice. The service was
The food was amazing and seasoned to perfection! This was one of the best meals I’ve had in New Orleans! The price was also reasonable. $150 for two and had appetizers and a bottle of bubbly with our entrees.
It is a wonderful date night place! We went twice, once at the bar and a few days later booked a table. It is great to sit at the bar and watch the amazing performance in this busy restaurant. The food is wonderful, as you can see in other reviews.
The food was great, especially the wood fired pizza! The interior was nice and we could hear each other even when they got a little busy. The server made us feel like he had better things to do than attend us and we had to flag him down any time we wanted anything. Then when he brought it, his at
What a great surprise. Our hotel recommended it... We were on the hunt for cocktails. It was a Monday night. The bar was packed, and we asked if they would seat us just to drink. Of course, they said. So we sat at the show kitchen and, well, the food looked so good we ordered cocktails and a pl
The food here is always excellent. Their lemon ricotta pancakes are to die for - they are a must try (coming from someone who doesn't prefer sweet breakfast foods). I've been here for brunch and dinner now a few times, each time always a good experience. They also have a great drink menu. I love sit
Fabulous place! It has a great atmosphere and phenomenal food. We had a salad, a Crab Benedict and the Farm Egg pizza and everything tasted so good! Cocktails included. I wish the regular menus would’ve been available and not just the brunch but it was lovely nonetheless.
I wish I could choose 4.5, because this place was somewhere I’d generally recommend. But I did feel like the food came out in a rush which is my new pet peeve. We had about 6 courses ($14-24 each) and they just came out of the kitchen all at once. I swear we ate in 30 minutes and didn’t even get a c
Can’t say enough good things about this place. We walked in on a Friday night and were sat at the bar. Best seats in the house! We were able to see all the food coming out and decide what we wanted. Don’t miss out on this restaurant. If we lived in the city it would be a go-to.
Paladar has that new-age, upscale, warehouse repurpose feel with top-notch service and excellent food. The menu is great and the prices are good. Highly recommend.
Incredible food. Incredible service. Our server Josh was absolutely stunning and we ordered about $130 worth of food. Will definitely be back ASAP.
10/10. Hostess was accommodating and squeezed us in as a walk in as long as we left on time for the next reservation and our server had great recommendations. Ordered the tuna crudo, pork belly, challah bread (butter is delicious), arancini (huge), and the tortellini. Really good, light Grenache as
Only giving them 4 stars because I wish they had more options. At least a chicken option on the menu. They have an insane wine collection with lots of delicious options for any tastebuds. We tried pretty much all the appetizers and loved them all! I ordered the snapper with the preparation of the ra
Paladar 511 is an Italian restaurant in a modern setting sitting at the corner of Marigny and Decatur. We went there on a late Sunday and the place was packed. The menu has some unique options favoring all types of palates. We started off with the pork terrine, a French meatloaf served with apple bu
First time so after reading many review’s decided to try a variety. 4 small plates and we split the Red Snapper dinner. All so unique and excellent flavor combinations. A definite must return on our many future visits
Creative dishes done fantastically well!! This was a great dining experience. Every dish was phenomenal. Definitely try the squid ink pasta and dessert! It's well worth it if you are into craft drinks, unique dishes, and a laid-back/hip atmosphere. I really enjoyed that the food was mind blowing bu
