This place is amazing! We were able to sit right down ordered our food and we served within 10 minutes. Every bite was savory and was plated perfectly! We sat by the window and it gave the appeal of almost like we were in France. Def recommend!

We had a delicious dinner last night. Ribs and barbecue shrimp with yummy garlic smashed potatoes and smothered greens. Well prepared and seasoned. Our sever was very helpful in steering us to gluten free options. Bring your own wine or beer. No corkage fee for 1st bottle. This is a great place to eat in the French Quarter.

Very quaint restaurant located in the French quarters. Hard to find parking. The service was great and food was delicious. The bacon was tasty. They also have a few vegetarian options. Nice atmosphere and great customer service. Nice for family, friends, dates, or eating solo. Definitely going back as prices were good. They make sure to take care of their kitchen staff with a automatic 10% gratuity. I like that. Enjoy!

Came to New Orleans with a group of 13 people for vacation. They were able to thankfully seat us all and manage all of the food that was ordered. This is where we ate for our arrival. Food is ridiculously good and filling. All employees here are incredibly nice. Food also didn’t take long to be served. Ended up coming here for our breakfast before heading to the airport for departure to go back home. Next time I come to New Orleans I’ll definitely be back.

Very nice service staff. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the sausages were clearly homemade. Very yummy. The gravy was sweet weirdly, didn't taste like the southern white gravy I'm used to. Overall, everything was a bit too salty.

First of all, we walk in and it’s super clean and very cute! The service was EXCELLENT. The food was EXCELLENT. All very reasonably priced! The biscuits and gravy was super creamy and delicious, everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a nice, cozy- lively place to eat look no further! I highly recommend this establishment.

This was our first time at Wakin’ Bakin’. The food is okay, not great but certainly not bad. The service is much the same. It is not unfriendly, just not friendly and a bit confused. The atmosphere is good and the food came out quickly. In a city of outstanding restaurants, we would probably choose another next time though this one is okay.

The food was very good. The Super Bowl had great flavor & was filling. I enjoyed the biscuits & gravy. The service was good & they came around with donuts from Blue Dot offering them to us & other tables because they said our food was taking longer than expected.

I visited Wakin Bacon because it was nearby the hotel and on the list of the mileage app I’m currently using. There were several groups at the door waiting for a table, but as a party of one, I was seated immediately. Hurray! While being taken to my table, I noticed what a cute and cheerfully decorated place it is. I had previously looked at the menu online and was able to order immediately, especially since the super efficient server was at my table straightaway. I did notice freshly squeezed orange juice,so ordered that, and I have to say it was rejuvenating, or at least damn refreshing! The Tofu Momma Bowl I ordered didn’t take long to arrive, especially considering how busy the place was that morning. Black beans and Cajun Smashed Hash topped with sautéed spinach, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and “Tofu Momma’s fresh made chili-lemongrass tofu.” I had asked if the tofu, was spicy; was told it wasn’t, which it wasn’t. The potatoes were a little spicy to me, but I’m fairly sensitive to spicy foods. I‘ve had lots of great breakfasts in New Orleans and the Tofu Momma Bowl with freshly squeezed OJ did not disappoint!

Clean and hygiene rate is 5 🌟. Food taste is great. Service member polite and respectful and smiling ☺️ all time. Quiet nice jazz music on all time. You can easily communicate with your party members. Combination of food amazing and you can exchange with other ingredients if you want. Allergy warning listened by members and applied. Recommend for vegetarians. 👍

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat breakfast when we came across this restaurant. We walked in and were greeted with great service. Unfortunately for us they are not open on Tuesdays but we didn’t read the sign. The gentleman that greeted us let us know they were closed but still offered us coffee and a great conversation. Although we weren’t able to try the food, i could only imagine it being phenomenal with us being treated with so much kindness! In a world that needs more kindness, this place exudes and goes beyond in it!

We live a couple blocks away from this place and I walked there one weekday morning when the French Quarter is still quiet and everyone is sleeping off the partying from the night before. The food was great and it came out quickly. The service was great as well.

Breakfast burrito was excellent! Service and atmosphere was cozy with a farm to table vibe. Waitress was friendly and took great care of each table being the only one working the floor this morning. Would definitely recommend this as a go to breakfast. You can taste the care and effort in every bite! A must have breakfast in Nola.

This establishment is "fun". The colors along with the paintings it is inviting and friendly. Also the staff are attentive and well mannered. The food was prepared and cooked to order. I had the biscuits and gravy with sausage and medium eggs. All cooked to perfection. This HAS to be a must try for everyone looking to get thier mornings started off the right way. The silverware was clean and spotless. This restaurant was clean and in order. I must say I am impressed and will be returning. They are open from 7am - 2pm. So if you are passing by, I definitely recommend stopping in for a bite to eat. Also on a side note... the prices are very fair compared to other similar restaurants in the general area.

Went for breakfast with my partner on a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly, atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, service was fast, and the food was fabulous. It's not often that I get to enjoy a meal where everything is independently delicious, but that was certainly my experience here.

Quiet, no frills breakfast cafe. Sensible menu and quick service without being rushed. Fair prices for good food. Waitstaff were welcoming and helpful but not overbearing. Would go again.
