Fast and friendly service at a staple café in NOLA. I also went to the original location by the Jackson Park waterfront but they're the same. This is essentially a must-try item on the list of things to do when visiting New Orleans. The beignets are three for about $4 and also got a café au lait.

Passing through on a road trip and stayed over in Metairie. This location was perfect with its proximity, setting among the beautiful city park, and the chicory latte and beignets were amazing. Go here for all that greatness and no line. Will be a regular stop on our trips through NOLA. And a bonus on this trip, we have our dogs with us and there is a huge dog park in city park. Best I’ve ever seen.

A must-do for a tourist visiting the Big Easy, we chose the city park location to steer clear of some of the crowds in the French Quarter and because this location takes credit card. There was a busker singing and playing some tunes and the setting was a delightful place to enjoy our morning. The breakfast option is only beignets (not friendly for those with dietary restrictions like me), but my spouse raved about them. The Cafe Au Lait was delightful and we enjoyed our time and then strolled around the park. A great way to start the day!

Such a smart location. The kids are running around the park and you’re starving. What else gives them a quick boost of energy? Sugar! Got 2 orders to go, my son licked up all the sugar ran around some more then passed out! It was awesome. Hehe But this location is quick and delicious as the French quarter one.

There is a line so be prepared. The line is worth the wait. The price for everything seems reasonable. The beignets are great! You will get powdered sugar everywhere.🤣we bought extra and then went to the gift shop bought coffee and beignet mix to see if we could make our own at home in Florida.

Great spot in city park had a guy playing music today only problem with the place is if you get there right after a tour bus took a min for the line to die down probably packed on the weekends but they were giving away extra of those special donuts I can't spell.. pics are the area around the place..

Went there around 8am on Sunday morning. there was a fair amount of people but seats available and no lines. I got some beignets and chicory coffee to go. The car ride home was difficult because the beignets smelled so good! They did not disappoint. The servers were friendly and helpful.

The beignets were amazing. Very fresh and perfectly cooked. The seating area was very clean and neat and the staff were very nice. I also loved the gift shop they have next door.

A nice little place to get your beignets and cafe au lait without the crowds of the French Quarter location. And even on a gloomy weather day, we enjoyed sitting on the patio and the views of the park.

It was very empty when we went, but staff was friendly. Beignets were good! Definitely less packed than the location in the French quarter

Cafe Du Monde is obviously amazing and the beignets are delicious. You get all the best of Cafe Du Monde without the tourist or the lines (at least on a weekday around lunchtime). However, this location just seemed to not have that charm I was looking for compared to the one in the French Quarter.

Love this location. Much more peaceful than the French Market location. Same great coffee and beignets but with abundant parking plus ibis and ducks in nearby bayou. There is also a small shop with coffee and merchandise. In the evenings you have the place to yourself.

Great place to get Beignet in New Orleans. That’s one of the two places I will get my Beignets when I am in New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA).

They are very tasty. This location is less crowded than the one in Jackson squares. City park is very nice too. Highly recommended

This old cafe is undoubtedly worth a visit if you're staying in New Orleans. It's located in the city park area and there's ample parking nearby; albeit I did go during the week so it wasn't very busy. The famous beignet and chicory coffee combo is quite delicious and you have the choice of sitting indoors which is properly air conditioned or outdoors which was my choice and I found it very pleasant. The prices are reasonable. I spent around $25 for three coffees and three beignets.

Much quieter than locations down town. Situated in a great park. Tasty food and a good coffee, served with a smile.

I rarely give all 5 star reviews. However; this hit the top! Service is awesome, coffee is strong and delicious, and the Beignets are covered in powdered sugar. I didn't need dinner! I am so satisfied with my doughy sugary dinner. The atmosphere and vibe is 💯
