Location is in a food court but the food and counter workers were very good. Quick to have the order ready. Everything was hot and fresh. Great fast food option. Very nice place to sit outside by the river.

Great location to people watch and take a break at the mall. Melvin is super polite and the food came out fast and perfect. Seating is the best as you can sit inside or on the balcony and watch the ships go by.

It was my first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. The tenders were so hot and juicy fried perfectly. The fries were hot and lightly seasoned, which was perfect for me. The raising canes sauce was definitely worth trying. It was the only other option besides honey mustard. Friendly and fast service.

4 stars for atmosphere because it’s just mall food court seating. Chicken however, was some of the juiciest and most tender chicken fingers I’ve ever had. The dipping sauce was also delicious and I loved the addition of black pepper or whatever seasoning it was in there that they used to give it additional flavor. Not a huge fan of fries so I didn’t care for any but the Texas toast was good. Also coleslaw was good.

My experience here was great. For a first time Raising Cane’s experience, I was thoroughly pleased that the food lived up to the hype. It didn’t take long for our food to be ready. I got the box combo which came with four chicken tenders, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a drink. The coleslaw was surprisingly very good – sweet, crunchy, and savory. It was definitely a welcome change of flavor and texture with the other heavier food items. The Texas toast is insane. I could legitimately eat only that and be happy. It is served hot and is extremely flavorful. It has a little bit of crunch on the exterior, but the interior is soft and buttery. I can’t do it justice trying to describe it in words. The chicken is on another level. The chicken tenders were super crispy on the outside while being very delicate, tender, and moist on the inside. Easily some of the best chicken tenders you will get at a fast food establishment. Their Cane’s sauce is a tangy, savory sauce that had a very mild hot sauce and garlic flavor embedded in what I assume is a mayo, ketchup, and like a Worcestershire sauce. Whatever it is, that is liquid gold. The best part about the experience here at this food court is that you can then take the food and eat it right outside right next to the river. It’s a beautiful spot to relax by the water and enjoy good food.

This was the best location between the ones I have tried in Charleston, SC. The tenders were small but crispy and flavorful. The fries had the right amount of salt. The sweet tea was good... they didn't have any lemon but put a little lemonade in the tea for me. The sauce was good too.

Long line due to multiple conferences in the area, but it moved quickly and food was ready super fast. Chicken pieces are smaller here than other Cane’s but still good.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and found it challenging to have any food delivery services actually work. So we visited the mall. Saw the line here was extremely long so decided to try it. It was good. Staff were good food was priced okay.

It's in the mail so the atmosphere is a expected. However, the chicken is delicious and the employees are friendly. Maybe better than CFA.
