Just had Lunch here very good excellent food Good portions and great service Prices are reasonable. They have some everyday menus with the specials changing daily, Everything is great! A little out of the way but completely worth it!
Shrimp 1/2, Catfish 1/2 plates...a very nice dining room clean and well lit. Not pompous, homey and friendly efficient staff. A pleasant experience Ya'll.

Deanie's is a family oriented restaurant. The staff is always friendly including the owner Phyllis. The food never disappoint and it gives you a feeling of comfort. A great neighborhood getaway.
The food was incredible. My husband had the red snapper which was cooked to perfection. I had fried chicken wings and corn & crab bisque. The staff was extremely friendly and our bartender even went out of her way to personally box up my leftovers. We maybe be back during our week visit.
Their fried seafood is always good. I didn't care for the seafood gumbo or shrimp and tomato bisque. The cabbage was ok, it had bacon and smoked sausage in it. I prefer to stick with them for the occasional fried seafood platters. I'm not a fan of their home cooking dishes. I will always visit them

This seafood is go good. I’ve had oyster and shrimp sandwiches from Deanie’s never the entire platter. I requested to substitute fries for macaroni if possible as I’m not a big fry person.
