La Casita Taqueria - New Orleans - Photo album

My wife and I are staying in an AirBNB nearby and wanted a quick dinner. We began dinner with guacamole, queso, and chips (happy hour specials). All of this was delicious. The guacamole was also properly salted and was my personal favorite of the two. Our tacos were delicious. My wife had the banh
The food was outstanding. We started with a basic queso dip and an amazibg salsa. I had a brisket street taco and a carnitas street taco with a cucumber salad as a side. My companion had the Chipotle Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. The food was delicious, the restaurant was neat and clean, and the
Amazing tacos! Very tasty and plenty of meat inside. They do not skimp on the ingredients. I had the Brisket (el fuego) and the Fried Cheese (queso fresco) tacos! They were very well done. Must come back to try the other tacos they have.
Tacos are life! This place was a treat to visit. Their atmosphere was warm and inviting, their staff welcoming and kind, and their tacos were delicious! Make sure to get the Elote! Oh, and you can't go wrong with the Pineapple Cilantro margarita! We'll be back!
DELICIOUS. Bobby hooked it up with a delicious Bloody Mary and two tacos that will have me coming back. Friendly. Chill. Delicious.
Great Sunday brunch! Happy hour all day on Sunday. Best cure for a hangover;) also, wonderful wait staff
Go during the happy hour and get their $2 tacos; two tacos plus an order of chips/queso is a great meal for a bargain. The carnitas tacos are particularly good.
Nice menu selection plus the option to create your own meal. The tequila selection is worth another trip and review...
We stumbled on this place while wandering on Oak Street. As someone who spends a great deal of time in San Francisco, Mexican food wasn’t topping my list of food priorities in New Orleans, but we were so glad to have happened upon La Casita. The food was very good, the drinks were delicious, and our
I love this place. Best happy hour in the city. I love the bartender Bobby, and the chef Lamont will often come out and talk to me about his latest creations. Love the environment here, it’s very chill while maintaining professionalism. 10/10
Great atmosphere, great choice between traditional and more creative offerings. They have real barbacoa, which I've been looking for since moving here from San Antonio. The happy hour has good prices for the standard tacos. Even though we came in when shifts were changing, they gave us good service.
Simple Tacos + Margarita Happy Hour was legit. Meat was flavorful, well cooked/seasoned and tender. Great portion size, lots of meat. Now my favorite new taco place in town. Veggie taco was delicious as well.
