Nice staff but not enough of them. They were super busy with customers and Uber orders coming through. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to place an order.
They sell rolled ice cream and snowballs. Prices are $6.50 for the rolled ice cream. Prices vary for the snowballs.
It took like 30 minutes to get our ice cream order. The staff was super nice but it appeared to be all teenagers with no real leadership on the floor.
My new favorite ice cream polar. They make it right i front of you. Its don't melt fast. I just love the place. They also have games for you to play while you're waiting. Its usually about a 3 to 4 for them to make it. Its cool
Finally made it & the coast was clear. 75 degrees and balmy; and the Freezy 'My Thai' ice cream for the bill for ice cream goodness.

This was my first time having a rolled ice cream. The experience was awesome and the desserts were even better. If you haven't been, I HIGHLY recommend it. Very cool vibes and employees.
The staff is very personable and the ice cream was high quality, presented in an imaginative way. My only complaint is the length of the wait. There were 2 of us and we had to wait for the server to do the sundaes one at a time, so I was half finished with mine before my son got his. Staff needs to work on organization & efficiency.
Fun, delicious and entertaining! The iced coffee is delicious, and a great deal. Our wait wasn't long, but I expect this place to continue to be popular so bring your patient shoes because it's worth waiting for.
I am so thankful for vegan options! I had the coconut almond base ice cream, which really hardens when frozen so it was not as easy to roll and I completely understand. They used a fresh clean top and clean utensils as well. Was originally going to get a sno-ball but they were out of ice, being later in the evening. Glad I was able to enjoy vegan ice cream on vacation!!!
I had my first taste of Rolled Ice Cream yesterday, and even though I am not a huge fan of ice cream in general, this was PHENOMENAL!! I had the Strawberry Shorty with fresh strawberries, graham crackers, chocolate syrup, slivered almonds and whipped topping, and it was honestly, one of the best desserts I have ever tasted. The owners work very hard to provide their customers with plenty of variety choices (including vegan options), and a high quality product made from all fresh ingredients. Give them a try --- you WON'T be disappointed!!
The line was hella long but worth the wait. I do feel charging an extra dollar for non dairy milk is ridiculous, however the customer service is great and the ice cream is better. Will be going back soon.
This was a great experience! The gentleman at this cart in The French Market was friendly, kind and engaging as well as excellent at the production of his job. The fun comes from watching this ice cream get rolled, the tasty reward was how many excellent toppings we got!
Very good rolled icecream with sufficient variety in flavors. Cozy and warm atmosphere, only downside is the lack of parking but that is because of the popularity.

This was a very good experience for me. With all of the flavors to choose from I had no idea where to start. They helped me with that and the icecream was awesome. Then you can get as many toppings as you want...... man this is the place
