Great place! fast service and fresh food! We got a bunch of appetizers and they all taste amazing and were cooked perfect. I love that you get a free ice cream with every order.
First time in New Orleans and we were looking for somewhere good and close to our hotel. This place was absolutely amazing!!! The service was perfect, food was delicious, and overall just a great experience. Didn't catch her name but the lady that took our order was amazing.
Waitress only came 2 times to the table. To let us know the food is coming, and then when the food was ready to be served, she brought it. That was it.
I found this place not far from our hotel. Service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was great. You can order take out online, order at the register, or eat in. Everything that we had was fantastic. We even tried the Alligator poppers. Highly recommend if staying in Gretna.
All in all it was good, but the burger had a greasy after taste. The garlic fries were good, but dryer than usual. Still I enjoyed my Big Easy Cheesy with pepperjack. It just wasn't quite as good as I am used to at other locations. I would eat there again if in the area.

The hamburgers are pretty consistent from location to location. There is a disconnect from Chefs to Customer as far as what "Well Done" means. As a person who does grill a lot, Well done does not mean "Dry or Hockey puck" . The garlic fries are the biggest reason for choosing this chain. The fries are good even without the garlic sauce. And ending with an ice cream cone is always a bonus. My biggest disappointment came with the size of my "bun bite" 2 complete bun bites. That's the reason for my 4 rating. Otherwise the pepperjack cheese and the burger itself were good.
Follow on. Today the burger was excellent, I asked for well done and they were still very juicy. Very good flavor as well. The fries were more covered than the last visit. Overall extremely satisfied today.
Quiet & reserved. Chicken & waffles were the best I tasted in town! Nice prices. I’ll be back for lunch more often. & dori is a sweet heart!!
Friendly service and very good food. Portions are big so come hungry.

RIP to John Thompson. Im glad this was on the TV at New Orleans hamburger and seafood. I ordered the grilled speckled trout which appears to have grilled vegetables. It looks great. I ordered a side of fried calamari. It also looks good. The meal came out quickly and looks good. I do recommend

Good location, good atmosphere inside. I wanted a big juicy burger and that's exactly what I received here. The waitress at the bar was awesome. She was real friendly and great to talk with. They had several TVs to watch games on, the bathrooms were clean, the lemonade was good and the complementary ice cream cone was good as well. Really good place overall. I am looking forward on returning here withing my two week stay.
Ok 2nd visit. I sat at the bar again. The waitress was not very good this time. I ordered the boudin balls for appetizers. They were good. Probably 2 minutes after my appetizer came out my food came out...hate that. I ordered the taste of New Orleans, when it says thin catfish that is exactly what they mean, THIN like paper thin fillets. The breading was good, it was spicy so it was good to me couldn't tell you how the fish tasted. The fries were good. The gumbo was really good. I will order a bowl of next time I go there. I couldn't eat all my appetizer this time because I wouldn't have had enough room for my free ice cream. The only 2 complaints I had was the super thin fillets and the waitress. I had to wait 10 minutes for my lemonade to get refilled even though she walked by 4 or 5 different times.
Everything on the menu is delicious. The spaghetti & meatballs was wonderful. The gumbo is delicious! The onion rings are crispy and nice. Tia and Kevin are just sweet, incredible people. The little ice cream cones after your meal are a great treat!
I have to say that we had the best food here and Anthony was a great server! . When we come here again this will definitely be a stopping place! Very recommended!!!
Easily spotted from car and lots of free parking. Waitress was extremely helpful. Food fried slightly harder than necessary but flavorful. Good menu. Fast delivery to table. Very neat.
Very tasty! Gumbo = perfection. Catfish, on par. Crawfish queso! Yup. Yup. More please.
The shrimp platter is fine! Use to get their hamburger, then tried the shrimp with nicely seasoned potatoes and Mardi gras colored delicious cole slaw. Yum!!!
